Dont go hybrid. If nothing else, use the 5.25 bay to store a 3.5 HDD. You can get WD blue 1Tb for about $50 these days.

Go microATX slim, with any i5, some kind of 1gb graphics card with a 64gb SSD + 500gb HDD.
