Install the Facebook app and configure it to update on 3g networks.

Thank you for these suggestions.

Well first make sure you have an android phone. If not then sell your inferior iPhone and get one. Then torrent, download big files on it, and watch/download youtube vids on it a lot I guess.

I used more than 80GB of data in March that way.

Hahahah That's awesome.

download a big file from a nearby server repeatedly

He's small time. When I had unlimited data on my verizon account I used to use 200gb+ for tethering.

uTorrent the Battlestar Galactica complete series!

This fag actually makes good point in threads. Shame he uses trip.

I heard vomit is a girl irl. Is that true? Anybody have pics?

>only 80gb

fucking plebian

my bad, wrong one

That's fucking crazy yo. I barely use 200GB with my home isp. I'm considering leaving comcast and just getting an unlimited mobile data plan.

How much do you pay for yours?

They're rare af. They stopped giving them out so you have to buy someone's grandfathered account, which typically sell for 800-1000usd.

not him but prepaid carriers like boost/metropcs have them for 60$ or less. Mobile hotspot is capped at like 10gb though.

Are you sure its truly unlimited mobile data? Most of the time they throw something in the fine print that lets them cut you off if you habitually use too much data. The old unlimited accounts were wide open, both hotspot and data. You just have to pay out of pocket for your phones.

Yup but like I said the hotspot is restricted to only 10GB of data. Also boost and metropcs run on non-verizon networks so they're generally slower too. Since they're prepaid carriers you also have to pay for your own phone in full price.

Hope we see verizon return unlimited data and hotspot someday though, my metropcs can get a little slow at times.

Why
Did your cell company piss you off or something?

UK fag here. I get 2mb down so I would just tether my pc to my phone as it is faster. I get 4g in my house

Verizon won't ever return to unlimited data. The carriers did that before they realized how much data smartphones would end up consuming. The closest you'll ever get is those grandfathered contracts.

Alternatively, Straightalk from Walmart offers 5gb of 4g for 45usd a month on the Verizon network.

Go here thinkbroadband.com/download.html and make multiple 1GB downloads.

Oh no they will especially as their customers jump ship and join sprint/t-mobile's unlimited data plans. Though I'm sure they'll charge like $100 or more for it each month.

Fact is all carriers are capable of delivering unlimited mobile data to their customers. It's just a matter of having enough cell towers and how much they throttle their customers due to network stress.

For example a typical lte tower has three sectors capable of up to ~40 mbps each. So in a city with a lot of lte towers most people could download chinese cartoons 24/7 @ ~4mbps and the network would be fine.

This is further improved by enhanced lte connections which use 3 lte bands at the same time giving more users faster speeds.

The "networks can't handle unlimited data customers" is a meme that carriers made up to justify charging you up the ass for using data.
