It's a known infamous issue with clean installs though. You have to install this update before others
support.microsoft.com

Might as well take 48hrs for all that matters, it takes so long anyway that the best thing to do is just leave it there and do something else, like reading a book, visit grandma or do some repairs in the house...or use Linux on a different computer to get the job done.
