nobody on Sup Forums uses xposed anymore because they fell for the samshit and chinkphone meme. It's extremely sad.

I'm using a chinkphone

Flat style bar indicators
Flat style colored bars
Gravity box
Xprivacy
Clean lockscreen
bright lockscreen

>amplify
>android n-ify
>AppOps Xposed
>GravityBox
>Greenify
>Lucky Patcher
>Power Nap
>Youtube Adaway
>Youtube Background Playback

I have an edited hosts file, otherwise I'd also be using Adaway.

S5 running Marshmallow

Only using the must haves atm.

XPrivacy
App Settings
NoShareServices

I'd recommend all of them.

These.

Also
Minminguard : removes ad banner from apps
Physical Button Music Control : use hardware keys to do anything
This app will run without Google play services : removes play service nagging
Xprivacy : control your data usage by apps. Certainly laggy but use "xprivacy in app info" for quicker access
Xinstaller : package installer tweaks
WiFikeyview : small tool to view WiFi password directly by long pressing WiFi ssid name.
Xuimod : some fancy transitions.
Quicpic2gallery
Status bar volume
Screen off animations
Smooth system progress bar
Samsung camera any gallery fix

OS: KitKat 4.4.4

Honor 5x you get xposed and a cheap Chink phone

...

What exactly does Xinstaller add?

Most of the ones you listed seem pretty useful but if you're on a 5.1.1 or 6.0.1 custom rom many of those things come with the rom.
Can you not upgrade at all?

Youtube Background Playback doesn't seem to be working for me :(

I have the latest version of youtube installed and YBP is fully updated

Go check the description of youtube background playback in xposed.
It should say which youtube version it supports. Usually you have to wait a day or two after the newest update for the xposed module to update and support it.

Latest version 1.8.16 says it supports YT version 11.16.62 which is what I have, not too sure what's wrong

Make sure the module is enabled and then try doing a soft reboot.

no

Anybody got any suggestions on a module that'll add a RAM bar and app clear/kill capabilities to recents? Gravitybox version looks like shit

What are you using? I don't see any Cydia threads around here

is xmultiwindow still good?
I need multiwindow

Soft reboot seems to have fixed it. Did about 4 standard reboots beforehand so idk

Cheers

>Gravitybox version looks like shit
The ram bar is kind of ugly but the clear all button looks fine.
There really isn't any other option if you want that ram bar though.
The only thing I can think of is if you have klwp or kwgt you could maybe make a komponent that is a ram bar.

Yeah I run into this issue sometimes also, where randomly none of my xposed modules will be working. Doing a softboot will fix everything but it's strange that a regular reboot won't.

Android N-ify preview build

Did they add anything new or fix the double tap multitasking button lag?

they added the notification/quick settings area from android n

What are some innovative APPs that simply work like magic, with a TOUCH paradigm interface for hobby-grade pro-sumers such as myself? AS CLOUD technology.

Is there a way to automatically update xposed apps without opening xposed?

Why use xposed?
I used CM on my old S5, got the Lg G4 memephone now, I love it and would never sacrifice that smooth Camera app.

...

>Sacrifice that smooth camera app
wtf are you talking about?
If you root and stay on the stock rom you still keep the same camera.

...

only xprivacy
the rest are shit, useless to me or huge ram hoggers

Lucky patcher is a botnet my friend

Samshit and I use it

I don't need much and gravity box does just about everything I need in terms of tweaks

All you really need

>play store changelog

Had no idea that was a thing, how nice

6.0.1 Touchjizz

Resurrection remix has the nicest rambar I have seen.

Anyway to decodex stock TW Lollipop ROM? I'm using S4 and I don't wanna get ROM from my phone, deodex it on my PC and flash it again.

On Android 4.2
-AdBlocker
-Fake ID fix
-GravityBox

-Master Key multi-fix
-MaxLock

Anyone else having more lags with xposed installed? Even if there are no modules installed.
On all devices I own I notice more stutter while scrolling and less responsiveness in general after I installed it.
Idle CPU usage seems normal though

mobi.mgeek.ScreenCut

holy shit thanks for the background play.
using it now - works fuckin great

Well fuck me, I just tested it and the frametimes with even only xposed installed are fucking ass.
Picture related.
Xposed installed, no modules activated

How do you read that?

This time with xposed uninstalled.
What the fuck is going on? Anybody else experiencing this?

I scrolled through the settings the same way on both of them by the way.

Must be your ROM, pic related. I've noticed no difference when xposed is installed or not, maybe you've got a buggy module?

The higher the bar, the longer it took for the frame to render.
The green horizontal line is the time it takes too maintain 60FPS.
If a frame is over this, it means that it took longer and therefore couldn't maintain steady 60FPS which results in stuttering.

It even happens with all modules disabled though.
I really have to check this shit again tomorrow

Strange, I'm and I notice no stuttering whatsoever, all my tasks and android things are smooth as it always was.

Weird indeed.
As soon as I install it the phone starts stuttering and even stuff like opening the recent apps menu freezes the phone for over one second at times.
Picture related, scrolling the app drawer with xposed installed.

And with xposed uninstalled.

Just for the record, in the previous picture all modules were disabled.

OMG yes

I just got a smart phone for the first time. Tell me, is this free as in freedom?

AppOpsXposed is great. If you don't mainly use Google Apps that break Play Service functionality (Calendar, Gmail...) go to Play Services in the app, turn off everything except Get Accounts and Read Storage. Play Service will never be in on your battery timeline top list after a few days. It has nothing to read besides checking that you have Google Framework running and Google Account Manager checks for persisting accounts but that's just one plug, of the potentially hundreds Play Service sends out to required apps. I did this on my Nexus 5 and I can comfortably get five hours SOT. Pushed to six last night which was impressive. Fuck Play Services.

2/3

3/3 yes... I have issues

i think i liked the old icon better

I have some shit called radio standby or something, its consistently the top process and uses almost half of my battery sometimes.

That's another term for cell standby. It has to do with your signal on a mobile network. It's a common top list item. Shouldn't use half your battery unless you have data always on.

I dont recall, I usually like to leave data of but I suposedly have unlimited so I dont care some days. Its just slow as shit compared to wifi so I usually just use the wifi.

I do recall it saying "time spent without signal", so is my phone just running countless "Im desparate, plz giv signal" search cycles until it finds my shitty carrier again?

>drakeposter

iFag

Xinstaller adds some options directly in app info, like disabling user apps, long press disable to uninstall system app, show version numbers while installing new apps and couple of other handy features.

Nah mate, I can't upgrade. Shit phone. I should probably get a new one now.

I try to keep it to a minimum, seeing as I find that alot of xposed modules cause instablilty and battery drain

I'm using an ad blocker on Xposed, but it blocks all redirected links which sucks. Is there any way around this? whitelisting doesnt help

Just out of curiosity, is there anything in Wanam that isn't in XTouchwiz that I should know about? I've found an APK so I am going to try it out but it looks like there's not too much different.

Adblocker for browser apps or both?

How'd you get xposed working on MM & S5?
I tried to upgrade from KK yesterday, worked O.K.
Tried installing xposed and I got a bootloop. Scared shitless, and then reverted back to KK from backup.

Anyone using Dirty unicorns with xposed? Do they play well together?
