Different user here. Go to SamMobile, find the zip for your phone and flash it to the phone when you've set it in download (odin) mode. This will flash everything as stock (even removing the TWRP you've flashed on it).

There are no true unlimited data plans. All have a soft data cap of 20-30GB and after that they will throttle you to 2-4Mbps.
