How are you getting only 30 Mbit/s downlink for similar price to mine? I guess it has to do with the fact that I live in a big city but still unmatched prices seem stupid. Or maybe you're on an old contract? I remember paying for 8 Mbit/s for over two years when they didn't even offer that low link speed over here anymore.

89 euro is including TV and phone
I hate this ISP but Telenet, the only other actual ISP, is even worse

It's normal in Romania, there you can buy a samsung fridge for like 30 euros or so.

Not really, I had to pay $30 extra for unlimited, but now they are gonna raise it to 50. We had a 300GB cap that is going to be raised to 1TB.

No VPN, I would use one. What are the benefits?

No, because the economy of my country is a giant mess and most people can't even afford food, let alone Internet and VPNs. Apart form that, most ISPs provide VPN, but it's so ridiculously overpriced that almost no one can afford it.

Would that even be possible to test? I doubt many servers could dedicate 10/10 just for him.
Sounds like those "10G" seedboxes who just have local traffic of 10G and significantly less to other parts of the Internet.

I think most speedtest.net servers do 1gbps

I think there's some universities and ISPs which also host servers and since they have the big chunky lines, they can do 10gbps up 10gbps down

One thing I never understood is how come 10G links are seen as such rarity, even a medium sized ISP or an office building with 500-1000 clients needs 10G. Shouldn't you be able to get a link for a few grand a month, considering comcast has 2G for 300ish bucks?

there's nothing wrong with it, it's just the little things like "The war on ISIS is still going" and "I don't know where to start from", make it obvious you're not a native speaker (because the phrasing sounds weird), but there's nothing wrong with that and people can still understand you perfectly

Not everyone can find a good place to work that pays well (by local standards), I live in Romania with a pretty nice job, my life is very comfortable and I have a fair bit of disposable income.

A lot of things aren't cheaper though, basically anything that could be purchased in Romania and then used in a different EU country is priced the same despite wages being much lower. It sucks but it makes sense, they can't sell shit like PC components cheaper in poor EU countries because everyone from the rich ones would buy from there as well.
