shadowplay is shit you fucking morons, OBS is much better with
NVENC plugin

Either shadowplay if you own a nvidia card
or OBS if you own a AMD card

I've a bit used OBS, looks one of the best for windows, on linux, simplescreenrecorder is just... sweet

you can record 30 seconds with the windows inbuilt recorder.

Just use Nvidia's shadowplay. It's built into the video driver, it's free, and it's probably the one that will give the least performance hit. You're on AMD? I'm so sorry.

OBS is pretty much the same as Shadowplay.

stop wasting life on shit

Ffmpeg

No, it's actually not. NVIDIA's shadowplay is totally different than OBS.

Built in wangblows recorder works fine for casual clips. You can do the last 30 seconds or manually start and stop it. Even include the mic. I'm sure there's better stuff for more in depth purposes though

OBS is good

This. For example, only OBS can record at 144fps.
