>On Arch, yes. On other distros, no. Hence why Arch is the one distro worth using.
Eli Morris
It´s really not, I have arch on a Vm, and it´s pretty useless and complicated for complicateds sake. There is little use for that and I´m happier off with debian or feodora
Hudson Gutierrez
>complicated for complicateds sake That's Debian. Ever tried to compile something from source? Enjoy your broken system.
Ian Peterson
Never had any problems with debian desu. Yes I know it´s the old "works for me" cliche
You know you don´t have to run sid right?
Ian Roberts
I wish I could run sid without trouble, since I trust rolling releases more in general. But I'm stuck with wheezy on my old shitbox because shitcunt maintainers of debian 8 don't support my video driver anymore. Had to reinstall it twice because a foreign deb broke libc and it was too much of a mess to fix manually.
Austin Ross
never had a problem with it and im using debian 8 as well add non-free and contrib repos and install the package flashplugin-nonfree the pepperflash thing is for chromium

Samuel Gonzalez
If you're still here OP: Go to /fglt/ next time: Remove all flash player software: sudo aptitude install pepperflashplugin-nonfree browser-plugin-freshplayer-pepperflash Open Iceweasel Enjoy life I'm pretty sure you need to enable the nonfree and contrib repos.
