I own a Aspire 7750g with two Graphic cards. Intel HD3000 Radeon HD 7670m
The Problem with this is that Overwatch only uses the Intel graphics instead of Amd. I had the same Problem with Hots and also couldn't fix it.
-I updated my Drivers -Already tried switching with the catalyst control center -also tried disabling the intel card, just uses no card instead -Tried old drivers dual drivers
Is there anyway to fix this or do i have to wait for updates?
Don't play Overwatch it's a try hard game it only interesting when you want the porn.

>just uses no card instead is it even possible?

Yeah I know, but I wasn't sure that you could run Overwatch in software mode...

You fucked up when you bought an Acer AND tried to play games on it.

He said try hard, as in he's a hipster faggot.
Also, the game is only as hard as the other players make it.

Right click on your battery icon in the lower right side and click on '' power options''
Click '' other'' then put it in high performance when plugged in(make sure ur plugged in faggot)
Your welcome.

Thanks but it didnt work. Keeps using this shit card.

Go to the amd control panel and disable the Intel card or vice versa

>Does Blizzard hate AMD Short answer yes. Long answer is that they're an Intel "partner" and all their games undoubtedly run much better on nvidia cards than AMD cards. There have been tests done where someone has forced Starcraft 2 to think an AMD CPU is an Intel CPU. The difference in average frame rate was statistically significant.
Jeremiah Gonzalez
If by disabling intel card you mean setting the game to maximum Performance then i already tried that. If you mean disabling intel card completely then it says there is no video card found. Can you show me a screenshot of what you mean?
Charles Morales
I don't have Intel or an amd card. So I can't give you a screenshot. Look further in the amd control panel and it will give you an option to disable the Intel igpu. If not Google "amd disable Intel igpu"
Brayden Richardson
user, try this: Add overwatch to performance settings on AMD panel and run it, check how many FPS you get. Now, add overwatch to power saving settings on AMD panel, register how many FPS you get.
Now, most software usually run on the GPU automatically, regarless of the software telling you that the intel gpu is being used. You can test this exactly with the Resident Evil 5 Benchmark doing what I described above. Having saying that, the HD7670m is way below the minimum requirements for the game, and maybe, MAYBE you're already using the AMD gpu but its too weak to play the game.
this or if your shit acer bios/uefi doesn't have the option disable it in device manager

Damn 4 fps must be the future

Im installing some new drivers from leshcatlabs right now maybe that'll work i dunno. To the people saying disable intel graphics. The game says no video card found and it wont start but thanks anyway. The bios has the option to go from switched graphics to integrated graphics. Doesnt do shit tho
Evan Lee
open your bios and disable the intel graphics
Cameron Wood
HOTS uses SC2's engine which doesn't support multi core processing (2 cores max I believe). OW no idea.

You're fucked. I used to own a laptop with AMD switchable graphics and they're a god damn pain to deal with. They either work right off the bat, or they don't and there's very little you can do to fix it. I think I ended up installing some weird 3rd party Russian drivers to make that shit work half properly.
Now that I have Jewdia GPU in my new laptop, the switcahble graphics are a non-issue. AMD in a desktop is just fine, but their GPUs have no place in laptops with those shit drivers.

>gayming laptop Kill yourself

/thread just play tf2.
Jeremiah Turner
Well the new drivers made the game run a little better. I mean hey what can you expect from a 6 year old laptop. Oh well thanks for the replies and not derailing this thread

That's funny because the last mobile Nvidia chip I bought turned out to have a packaging issue and would desolder itself consistently. I went through four boards under warranty before it finally wasn't covered anymore and I replaced it.

Read nigga read. Leshcatlabs . I already said it leshcatlabs.net/downloads_unfil/ heres the direct source. I used the most recent one
