Whats your voltage on that 5820k?
I can get mine to boot at 4.7GHz at around 1.2v, but to get it fully stable requires ~1.31v for me.

Mine takes 1.34v to be fully stable with the RAM running this fast, I haven't raised any of the other cache voltages though.
It's on a 280mm rad with quad 140mm Phanteks fans, so heat isn't an issue as much as the chipset/IMC.

I have a pretty similar setup in regards to CPU and RAM. 32GB @ 3200MHz CAS 16-18-18-38. Daily 24/7 OC is 4.5Ghz at 1.27v
using an H110i GTX which is a 280mm rad with dual 140mm Thermaltake Riing fans.

Stuck with this pc for a while so I added an Sandisk SSD and found some compatible ram on ebay for $5 and upgraded form 3gb to 4gb. This will probably make a decent server when I eventually build a new pc.
