The issue is I can't tell if those are LEDs or just purple lettered keycaps.

Yeah you're right. And it's a Ducky Shine 3 TKL. They've turned the space bar around so the ducky logo isn't showing. If you open the full image and look closely at the spacebar you can still see the edge of the LED shining through the top side in the middle, exactly like the one in this picture.
