what.cd or rutracker

google (not shitting you)

Mostly rutracker

Deezloader, has pretty much everything

rutracker

If you want recent albums you can always check newalbumreleases.net ... So so selection, but it works.

rutracker

My question would be: Is it possible to download my Spotify's playlists?

soulseek

>what.cd is too hard
are you retarded

It's taking too fucking long to search for an artist ...
>not good

what do you mean?

It's taking too long to search for PINK FLOYD. What the fuck is going on here?

^^^

took me 1 second. you do have an account, do you?

YT or China

Yup. Look ...

Soundpark.space and kat

Spotify

the search should look like this once you logged in. ou are using external google search for some reason and you possibly have javascript disabled. the problem is on your end, the site is as fast as ever.

slsk aka soulseek
has a linux client :)

pandora
google music
youtube

I haven't felt the need to pirate anything in a long time.

...

rutracker

Kickass torrent : )

Rutracker, KAT, what.cd in that order

Usenet for stuff that probably has a scene release.
Googling blogspots for stuff that probably doesn't.

Soundcloud was actually a pretty decent platform for finding new/niche stuff until they monetized it and made it god fucking awful.

No, I would not like to listen to the same fucking ad every 3 songs. That's why I stream, because the radio is garbage you fucking idiots.

So now it's Spotify, cracked Pandora with unlimited skips, and local music collected from regular torrent sites because I don't give a shit about FLAC and I don't listen to Tibetan Throat Singing or weird "noise" music, so stuff I like isn't hard to find.

Unless you use Audio Technica's or some other studio headphones FLAC is useless.

shut up, flac is superior, and thus, everyone should use it
even if its 4x the mp3 size, it won't matter since flac is superior

Soundcloud and torrent VA packs. Mainly follow a few prog house labels.

If it wasn't for Sia and Lana del ray the modern mainstream would have been unlistenable.

It's 2016 (not 1997) and FLAC is serious business.

Why so angry I only spoke the truth FLAC is wasted on anything that isn't a studio headphone if you think otherwise than it is nothing more than a placebo.

google rutracker and kat

now that you mentioned that youtube doesnt have flac i have a protip for you: first rip a song from youtube with
youtube-dl -x youtube.com/whatever
then convert it to flac with ffmpeg
then upload to zippyrapidshitrar.moe
share the link on Sup Forums and wait for people to come and thank you how good quality

>Superior

Okay, but if it's 4x the size of MP3's, that means you've reduced your potential music storage by 4 times as well. So now instead of your phone holding 2,000 songs comfortably, it will only hold 500.

So how the fuck is it endlessly superior if there is a very obvious disadvantage to using it?

Go be autistic somewhere else. FLAC means fuck all coming through your $40 car speakers or the headphones that came with your phone and if you're one of those faggots who walks around with full-size cans on I hope you get fucking colon cancer and die.

but I can feel the placebo, its real, flac is superior anyways
it won't matter because flac should only be used when you have the original uncompressed source
converting from a lossy mp3 to flac is basically adding filesize
>listening to 2000 songs
lol
50 is enough, 100 at most
and stop being mean, cuck

Soulseek, rutracker, I also do buy vinyl quite often.

This

Nicotine+ is better than native

Where can I get HQ classical music recordings? YouTube and Spotify work, but not well, and I'm not fucking paying for 200 year old compositions.

I actually buy CDs from record stores. I like having the real disc, and it's not really more expensive (cheaper if you get a used disc). I usually sample the band online and if i like em enough, I buy the album. Youtube listening isn't that bad, though some uploads are low quality.

>inb4 "Get Vinyls"
Fuck that, there is so much upkeep and vinyl records are easily damaged. I feel like im handling a newborn child for fuck's sake

>converting from a lossy mp3 to flac is basically adding filesize
you really didnt get it did you
thats kinda the whole point. i do it just for shits and giggles. i basically share "shit quality" flacs and even the gold eared bastards at Sup Forums dont recognize the difference
flac is placebo

didn't read that ahead
I assumed you actually believed this

yea i kinda get what you mean. i dont like vinyls either, the hole scratches my dick just a little too sharply

>Listening to 50 fucking songs

Nigger that's TWO (maybe three) FUCKING FULL LENGTH CD's

Holy shit I'm triggered. 10/10.

My first thought too. Maybe that's just what he needs on the go and he's swapping it out every time he does something. That's much less retarded sounding. If he meant his entire collection, I think I have around 50 songs by Opeth alone. Same with Rush. I listen to albums repeatedly a lot, but I can't do it for too long. Youd go nuts

Haven't tried native but nicotine+ has some issues (like download containing folder sometimes doing nothing but download each file adds them to the downloads list in waiting for peer or whatever... then restart nicotine+ and the downloads start)

yes this

A godsend

shut up
songs become stale after a while
having songs for the sake of probably listening to them in the future due to nostalgia is a retarded

but having a couple songs you listen to because you like it really much and they're new is ok
then you change them after they became stale and don't make you change emotions or whatever

>Durrrr, it's much smarter to constantly hot-swap 20 songs than to just carry around all/most of your library and listen to whatever you want on demand.

Literally kill yourself. What the fuck does not forcing yourself to juggle around 30 songs have to do with nostalgia? Are you just pulling words out of your cavernous rectum?

...You get rid of your old music once you're done with it? You save it on your PC or something right? If not, what the fuck are you listening to? I listened to Damnation for the first time like 5 years ago. It's STILL great. 2112 doesn't stop being good. Do you wear out music so much that it has no effect? You're wasting it and your money

because then you have to remember where everything is
>danm I wanna listen to X
>30 years later
>found it, oh shit, recess time is over

yeah, I leve it on the pc
I only use pc
and that basically means I can use mps-youtube and stream anything
no need for saving

but if it were sansa-clip, then I'd keep some songs, not all, because it'd be inefficient

What the fuck? How are you organizing your music that it takes you 30 years to browse by artist, or song title, or USE THE SEARCH FUNCTION ANY MODERN PHONE OR MP3 PLAYER HAS.

This is fantastic bait, I can't believe I've replied this many times.

kat.cr, edgy google links, piratebay.

>searching on a sansa clip

You really are checking off all the "faggot" boxes today aren't you?

but its small and I like it, has many features, and very long battery
what sht eproble

>there are people on Sup Forums that don't have a what.cd account and at least 2 backup music trackers (rutracker and waffles)

Google. "Artist name" discography/"album name" torrent/download does wonders.

this.
Usually I just google artist name + album name + music format, along with "-torrent" so that it only finds direct download links.

>Opeth

Look, a Korn-kid from year 2000.

how to become what.cd?

>using a lossy audio format thats over two decades old

Usenet is good if you know the right index

nyaa

>Rush

He's obviously a progfag. Probably jerks it to TLLDOB

Sup Forums's /classical/ has a huge mega archive

post your libraries Sup Forumsents

this is about 150 albums and 1700 tracks btw

I usually buy my CDs and use FFMPeg to convert from .wav to .flac and share it in a torrent file for friends to listen, if not I get a flac off a "pirate" website and i'm happy.

The touhou music database, touhou music is the only music I need.

that's a pretty narrow view.
have you even tried to listen to anything else?

rutracker/what.cd
split to tracks, upload to google play music, transcode to ALAC, let iTunes import it
how do i get this info in unix/unix-like

Soulseek
What.cd (anyone can apply and the interview is easy if you are not retarded)
Rutracker
Search Sup Forums archive for "album name mega"

I have to clean that shit someday.

it's true. interview is easy, but maintaining a ratio is fucking impossible, you need to download terabytes of freeleech garbage and wait a few years before you can have enough buffer to download everything you need.

I have one too, it's bretty gud

and can stay mad

Albumname mega|zippy|mediafire baka senpai

...

This but mostly Spotify since I don't download music anymore

google

literally just search for stuff like
"artist discography "mega"
"artist album "zippyshare" and stuff like that
usually always works like a charm for me

also kingdomleaks

i use the internet to search for stuff i like and then get it on vinyl
