End OS Cuckoldry

Friendly reminder that if you're still using GNU/Communism you will have no replacement for:

>Photoshop
>Illustrator
>MSPaint
>Decent File Explorer
>iMovie
>Logic Pro
>90% Steam Titles
Why deprive yourself of real world programs just to have a hobo hobbyist beta-OS? There's a reason macOS and Windows cost money. cucks: they're usable.

your point OP?
I don't need these crappy softwares

Then I'll just take them without asking and use unauthorised copies and make them work on my machines

Yeah basically this.
Also nothing can touch the functionality of the Linux command line.

Isn't wine a thing?

letting Apple and MS ram your ass with proprietary software and charging you for fucking you over is the definition of cuckoldry, cuck

dual boot for games
>photoshop
wine
>illustrator
don't care
>MSPaint
niceme.me
>Decent File Explorer
have that
>iMovie
Don't care, believe there are replacements tho
>Logic pro
who cares

Photoshop and 3D modeling programs are the only really bothersome aspect.

>>Photoshop
Don't need it because I'm not an artist. I mean that's like me saying you should use Linux because it's better for programming, even if you're not a programmer.
>>Illustrator
I don't know what this is
>>MSPaint
You're kidding, right? That's your example of good software?
>>Decent File Explorer
Yeah, you're definitely trolling now. I believe Mac actually has the same file system as Linux. Just the Explorer looks different but it essentially works the same

Photoshop (cc/cs6) runs under wine, I can account for this because I did it recently. It was unusable for me tho because hardware acceleration was broken for me.

>Photoshop
GIMP and Krita are fine for me.
>Illustrator
Never used it.
>MSPaint
Oh please.
>Decent File Explorer
Dolphin is better
>iMovie
Never used it. Kdenlive is what I use now.
>Logic Pro
Never used it.
>90% Steam Titles
I don't like Steam or Valve and mainly shop from GOG. Fuck DRM

>>Photoshop
GIMP works fine for my needs, I'm an engineer after all and not some web designer.
>>Illustrator
See above
>>MSPaint
kpaint
>>Decent File Explorer
Thunar
>>iMovie
Nobody cares
>>Logic Pro
I use my Mac for that
% Steam Titles
More like 40% of Steam titles

>I believe Mac actually has the same file system as Linux.
Macs use HFS+. GNU/Linux has support for it though.

As a complete n00b(at anything computer related) actually enjoy GIMP

Its free as in beer
Its free as in freedom

It does things, quite alot of things actually and it never failed me

I do not understand why people feel the need to bash free shit

you could use wine and get windows files :/
and for steam games, I don't play them that much

+

>GIMP works fine for my needs, I'm an engineer after all and not some web designer.

Might as well use Paint, then. It's not as if anything you're doing actually matters, is it?

>Illustrator
does work via wine
