It's abavaible on Windows, but when I tried it, it looked bad, because it looked like it was upscaled, but I was probably doing something wrong.

Ah, the GEM pointer.
The interrupt handler also wrote pictures of little bomb icons to the screen (number of icons = whichever exception happened, eg 2 bombs = bus error, 3 bombs = address error etc).
Not quite as iconic as the Amiga's guru meditation but right up there.
