How did AMD get 62fps when review sites couldn't even break 60fps?

Some review sites said there was a 2fps gain from win 7 to 10. Likely amd is using a stripped version of 10.

AMD was talking about DX12 AotS, there's no DX12 on W7, only W10.

That's like 15% performance difference. Holy fucking shit AMD has fallen to nvidia levels.

>different test systems produce different results
What a shocker!

Thanking you for to bring this to my notice. I will never buy this AMD again and only purchase Nvidia GeForce GTX product.

And only the system made by AMD favors the rx480 :')

A-are you retarded? Thats the GTX 1070...

FUCK MEXICO

Yes, that intel i7 5930K totally favors AMD somehow.

What the fuck are you even talking about

You're mother is so fat, when she jump, she get stuck

I'm not sure I'm buying it. Those benchmarks are saying that 1440 ultra runs better than 1080 crazy. I think you could reasonably expect them to run about the same.

Whatever, it's not like I was going to buy two cards anyway.

There's your answer. Ashes of the Singularity has native multi GPU support that is better than crossfire. Using crossfire in that game instead of the multi GPU support will result in reduced performance.

AotS scaling is quite poor on my 290X CF system at 4K. In properly supported titles (there are few of these around) scaling can easily hit over 80%, AotS is like 50% because it's also CPU bound in certain scenarios.

Fuck your cpu

Sure, but it's a 4.7GHz 4790K, it's no longer the latest shit but it's not exactly slow either. In any case requiring more CPU horsepower than this at 4K for proper mGPU scaling with 2 $200 cards is quite unreasonable.

>GTX 1080 (Old Driver)
>57 FPS

>GTX 1080 (New Driver)
>55 FPS

The gimping has already begun!

No CPU on the market or in the near future can truly handle the video game workloads which are technically possible today.

Imagine a game on the scope of Crysis (no, not AotS) on DX12 coded purely to exploit the massive capabilities developers have now versus DX9/10 8 years ago. It would bring a 5960x to its knees.

I'm so tired of seeing this game.

Console can

>GTX 1080 on new driver is slower than on old driver

It hasn't even been two months, Volta isn't even in sight and the card has already been gimped.

AMD lied, the 480 died

There was a bug that prevented some graphical features from being used, so being maxed out wasn't really being maxed out. Nothing got gimped, it runs the same games at the same settings exactly the same.

>it runs the same games at the same settings exactly the same
>it does the same thing the same

I would sure hope so.
