>inb4 I work from home making 25USD an hour lel

I don't work. I'm a neet since 2011.

What do you plan to do once your parents die/ kick you out?

Become a madman or suicide.

I'm on disabilty bux because I hate myself

Disgusting

imho its never a good idea to apply late at night

Deal with it. There are more jobs than people. I'm too dumb to code.

And you couldn't find a single job opening which didn't involve coding in fucking five years?

no point crying over spilt milk

By day im a mid level coder at a respectable software company. By night im a vigilante hacker.

No one will hire me because I don't have the social confidence. There is always someone better okay?

math here 300k starting senpai

Mah nigga, I've been neet for that long as well

What do you do with all that free time?

Nah

Yes. Well at least I'm not a wagecuck I suppose.

Anything I want

I actually work for Cisco on the CUCM team.

For cisco or what?

>translation: sit at home all day doing chores and errands for my parents and playing video games
Sounds productive im sure.

>CUCM

Linux developer.

Well at least he has played more games than you.

I have a position at a local hospital managing routers and networks. its pretty chill most of the time and the pay is good. Probably will be here for the foreseeable future unless I get something better or decide to move.

software engineer at microsoft

Das cool

Data "scientists" thinking they actually do math. I should've jumped on that bandwagon but oh well, still enjoying making your next phone's cpu.

Hi pajeet.

Sysadmin

How do you manage network from home, cabling never got fucked up? I know you can ssh/LOLtelnet into devices, but working exclusively from home?

I use windows for work, everyone here hates linux with good reason

who uses telnet anymore and why?

that's why there's a LOL in front of telnet. It's a possible to use it, not preferred solution

Who do you think makes all the shitposting on Sup Forums?

Uh, I didn't say I worked from home. If you are referring to my greentext then you need to figure how gt works

CIA niggers.

I know some ancient shit I have to deal with for my job that only supports telnet.

I recently got a job as a mailman. I'm supposed to work 6 hours per day but so far I have only gotten very little mail so I work 2-3 hours with salary for 6 hours.
They said they're going to get more mail later so I'll probably be working closer to 6 hours in the fall.

Subsea engineer
>$70,000 base + $400 per day I spend offshore + $150 per day I spend in a shithole country
>have spend ~140 days offshore this year
>job is a double edged sword because I make good money for a 24 year old but I'm never home to enjoy it

Didn't read that >inb4

What skills do you have for that net admin job? I have ccna and i'm thinknig whether to pursue ccnp or learn actual server skills

CCENT and COMPTIA obviously and CCNP is good to have. Those are a few that I had when I first applied

Ok about certs, but real skills do you posses? Any scripting language, linux/win servers?

Another question, what software do you use to document work and make network diagrams over there?

>but real skills do you posses?

but what real skills do you posses?*

>What does Sup Forums do for living?
PhD student

I'm a tech for a really small time computer consultant, it's pretty fun. Mostly doing security cameras and POSs and shit for restaurants and shops. Boss is really cool. Officially I only make $10/hr, but he finds all sorts of almost-tax-dodging ways to pay me extra as "reimbursements"--I get the maximum reimbursement for driving miles that the IRS allows, it's like 5 times what I actually pay in gas. Last month I made like $700 just for driving

Full time undergrad.

Fucking nerd

Doing my PhD.

Just got approved for NEETbux

Thinking about learning how to draw, all of my friends are furry porn artists and they make fucking bank.

>getting paid by the hour
Total pleb. I make a 6 digit salary based on my performance, not as a wageslave.

>working for someone else
>making someone else money
>paying income tax
>not a wageslave

;P

I actually do work from home, for MS. I can shit post all day on personal system while working on corp laptop. getting paid pretty well and can structure my day as I see fit. Most of my friends are pretty jelly.

what role?

So you're the one shilling for w10

>working for someone else
>paying tax
My advice is worth more than your life. Not always about making other people money. And no taxes here, son.

Nice to meet you, Rajesh.

Hey man, you mess with security cameras you say? Can you give me a direction to look for hi res security cams? My condo association wants to put cams up and since I am a 'tech' guy they want to know what are some good cams. They want to be able to zoom in on the image recorded and actually be able to see detail, face, license plates, actual useful stuff, not end up with a grainy useless shit image. Is HD-TVi the way to go? They want like 10 of them to put around and monitor our parking areas and grounds.

Actually I am not an imported worker. Local boy, born an bred on the Eastside. Blues eyes and brown hair.

I work with Marketplace and App360. Was with AdOps a few yrs ago out of bld 114. Now, I get to wfh fulltime. I miss my breakfasts for cheap though. Damn huge apple friters and custom omelets.

State subsidized job where i sit alone at an office. Been reading ebooks about programming recently

Like this?

Slick- did you leave puget sound? Can you ship a good windows store?

Mathematics student. Aspiring statistician.

My supervisor just told me that it's almost impossible to not get a real luxuary job after my masters.

No man, I am still here, live in Bellevue. Have all my life. Everyone I know is here, no reason to leave unless I want to do like one of my teammates did and go live in a 3rd world country like a king for his salary. But, he also has to fly here if needed which has had to happen a couple times. But damn, when you think you can go someplace and be a 1% on our salaries it is tempting. Hopefully he does not get killed by locals when he tries hooking up with their women..lol. He is wary of that.

Nice if you can stay employed by the US and be outside. I've seen a few cases where folks have moved across the globe and had to switch subsidiaries and take a pay cut as a result.

I'm about to punch my card on MSFT though, it's been a fun time!

Currently working in a reichscompany in ostmark and making their software to track measuredata

Yeah I know many who are leaving due to various reasons. Culture has evolved for sure and not to everyone's liking. I hope your next gig is a fun one as well though.

stop responding to memes summer

Thanks! I'm in Office so it's hard to tell if anything has changed here in the past 20 years, but I'm ready to move on. Next gig will be a blast.

software engineer for a startup

Hello Neo. I've been searching you my whole life.

I manage elections for the government

Follow the white rabbit m'nigg swallow the pills bruh

Did they lose 13 million dollars?

Web developer, and in my free time, I build PCs, do let's play videos and produce music.

IBM Sterling Programer
>1 week since contrat sign
>first job
>14k € / year
Nice start in my life i think

Cisco SE, on a call now. Comfy padding downstairs at 9AM and dialing into a WebEx while shitposting; this is werk.

Call manager? Here's a good one - as of yesterday when I call into a partner's WebEx cluster and I get 'press 1 to join the conference,' it doesn't 'hear' my press 1. I need to call in like a pleb. Is that my fault or theirs? When I use my PMR/CMR 'Call Me' works fine, but I'm on ACE and don't have Press 1 turned on.

please respond

>tfw neet for almost a year after graduating with comp sci degree and math minor
>I fell for the meme

Fuckkkk

I sell my body one cam. I make a couple hundred dollars an hour but it makes my butt hurt.

I make 50k/year in an automotive company in the Midwest as a purchasing buyer. Job's boring and complicated for no reason and I hate my boss but it's relatively easy work and I make decent amount for where I live so I'll be here awhile.

>14k € / year
You make less than a fast food employee in America

embedded linux development, $71k/year

all of that tinkering with linux for years is actually paying off

Wait, $25/hr is only $51k a year. Technology pays better than that, Sup Forums. Shoot for the moon.

Systems Automation Engineer (Technically SDET).

Because people, even when paying attention, fuck shit up, it's my job to automate server / san / patch deployment for production lines.

The pay is sufficient.

People only use telnet to test for open ports these days

pics or didn't happen

I make about 20$/hour doing HTML5,CSS,PHP and its frameworks, some WP and some WebGL in there, I'm lazy tho so I only work 5 hours a day. It still puts my salary above most people where I live tho (3000$mo vs 1000$mo)

Physics student, second year.
But I am into an excellence school that pays my taxes for me and gives me a college room for free and a pretty annual scholarship of 2.5k every year.
In exchange I have to maintain a really high performance in every exam.
>Soundsgoodtome.jpg

.NET dev in Central-EU

My school got me the job. Only reason I stayed in the country.

I make around 1300$/month. Is it a low payment across the Atlantic?

Who are you quoting?

Gandhi

I work in telco sales as a manager and make 50K€/year + a performance bonus based on the results my minions create

He's not quoting anyone

Shareholder in a group of major companies, when i do work it is system admin, otherwise you can call me a house husband. The wife is a CA. Kid in school. Feels good man.

Warehouse worker. Union shop. Full benefits etc. Make about $4,000 a month. Closer to $2600 after taxes.doesnt include the various bonuses throughput the year and the yearly $10,000 bonus check from profit sharing.

I stand to go up another $9/hr on the next 4 years. They also give me $6,000 a year for schooling.

Good job if not physically laboring. Hours suck.

enjoy it now user. Pull in lots while you're young and then buy properties when you're 30 and live off the rents.

i make 2400/month working from home for google

ironically this is too low of a number to be real; you'd make that per check after taxes

it's a lowly independent contractor position, i evaluate search results to fine tune the algorithm and make fun of bing regularly
