Overchan: can't stream webm, has no catalog
Dashchan: has no notifications
What the fuck am I to do? I would so use dash always if it had notifications, why the fuck doesn't it? Why the fuck cant clover and overchan stream webm? Why the fuck can't clover save threads?

Cause Sup Forums is slow as fuck even on 100mbit connections, and mobile is fucking slow.
So you would rather sit and watch a .webm that stutters and plays a few frame at a time then wait and watch the whole thing fluidly?
Plays just as well in dash by streaming as in clover or overchan by waiting like 30 seconds and then playing it.

You CAN stream webms on Clover, but I don't know if Floens has pushed a fix for that. It's just few lines of code. No problem with speed, loads faster than fucking images on Clover.

Well, the source code is available, so finding the "faulty" code was pretty easy. After that just build the .apk.

I can play and save Webms on clover and I have the ability to pin threads so I can always check on them as long as they haven't been deleted, usually fir a couple hours after a thread is archived. I dunno what to say, OP. I'm on android.

What is webm streaming? I can play and save webms on Clover. I browse /gif/ daily and have 4GB of webm porn saved on my phone.

playing wembs is clover right now is - you download a webm in cache, then you play it from cache locally.
what should be happening is - you click on a webm, and it starts streaming directly from the server, so you don't have to wait for download to finish.
I'll clear this up.

I tried it like an hour ago, didn't like a lot of things, but I can't remember.
It does have a few quirks about it, but it performs quite well and does everything OP needs.
