How do you sit on your computer for hours and hours Sup Forums?

How do you sit on your computer for hours and hours Sup Forums?

By sitting down and not getting up after several hours

By sitting on your computer for hours and hours

>mfw slowly turning into scrawny hunched over teenager in my mid twenties

By having a good chair.

I have an Ikea Malkolm

>sitting on your computer

you'redoingitwrong.jpg

I don't, I go outside and talk to people

desu I find lying on the bed and phoneposting is way comfier. better for my back and shoulders too

What I meant was how you sit without ruining your sitting posture and not getting backache, CTS etc
but what about programming sempai

Well, time to invest in a good office chair then. Seriously.

Sup Forums, irc, and twitter are extremely entertaining. I'm not exaclty grinning 24/7, but I never feel all that bored. I wouldn't really know what to do if I wasn't on my computer, so I'd probably be bored then.

sigh I guess I'll try, I live in a third-world country where programming jobs pay peanuts (unless you work for a multinational corporation like Google)

>run up and down the stairs a few times every hour
>good posture
>10 minutes of stretching before bed
>heavy lifting every other day

You can't, human aren't capable of doing it as of today. Stretch every 3 hours or so.

I setup a standing desk at home by piling a bunch of books under the desklegs. Its kind of nice. Since i sit all day at work

A good chair

That's it

Laid back position, most office chairs let you push the backrest down so you're kinda laid back.
Never had any back pains.

you sound shallow
OP didn't even ask you that aspie

Like pic related.
I do have pilonidal sinus though.

By standing up every 15 minutes

...and having a life

I feel you man, have the same shit. Had it since October 2014 and had three surgeries so far, next one coming up soon. Will the suffering ever go away?

How are you doing?

I found shaving, and washing the area with Anti-bacterial soap helps a lot.
I also shift which are I put my weight around.

>How do you sit on your computer for hours and hours Sup Forums?
I don't. I sit at the computer in my chair.

But it's still there, right? Do you plan on doing more surgeries?

That's the thing, It healed.
Yet it comes and goes sometimes.
After a few months from taking care of it, and taking AB.
In the first week, I scrubbed it with gauze soaked in povidone until it stopped discharging pus, YMMV though.

>lie in bed for 8 hours a day
>sit in my car 2 hours a day
>sit in my desk at work 7 hours a day
>sit in my couch/desk at home 5 hours a day

No wonder I'm fat

you're fat because you eat too much

I'd like to sit less often but I have no idea what else to do. Do normal people just stand all day or what?

>take laptop
>close lid
>kneel down
>set laptop on floor
>firmly plant ass on laptop
>wait a few hours

...

>Proper office chair
>Back straight
>Legs in the meditation position
>Deep breaths

I could stay like that for days If I didn't have to eat or take bathroom breaks.

This. Just have a good chair.

Provided your body allows you, you don't have a need to get up.

Unfortunately for me, I can't so I just take 5 minute breaks every hour. Like walking around the house or something.

Sitting is pretty simple activity mate.

Having computer-based interests and enjoying serious discussions

>shaving
Sup Forums doesn't shave.

Why the fuck would you sit ON your computer?

My cat sits up there, but my head would be hitting the ceiling if I tried

make like flappy bird from vietnam and develop your own android apps

he's fat because he eats too much of the wrong foods @starchsolution

I use a metal folding chair. Get on my level, peasants.

...

LMAO at you fags

I stand up
standing desk meme race
my lower back is completely FUCKED from sitting with terrible posture at the computer for years; I now have chronic lumbar pain and occasional sciatica (I'm in my mid 20s, mind you).

I love Iroha.

by fapping to your nude pics all day long, Iroha

jesus christ you need to turn the brightness down on those things

Actually get up from the chair or just sit up straight

...

on good chair i can sit 15+hours
on shitty chair I have problems each hour

My ass is fat, so I have a lot of built in padding.

>implying I don't stand up and pace around the room rubbing my nose every 45 minutes

I lucked out on the autism spectrum because thats as bad as I get. No one even notices since I work alone.

You need a better chair.

I honestly couldn't find an ergonomic chair that wouldn't be kind of expensive, so in the end, I just asked on my university's jannies if he set a broken one aside for me. In the end, I got a sweet armless - but really comfy - chair, but it had a brown coffee stain on it.

So, I stuck it under the shower. Took a few days for it to dry, but now my posture's almost perfect. I mean, I workout and run, but I still spend the vast majority of my time on a chair, so this was a massive boon.

You don't need a swivel or a glammed up "gamer" chair. Just find one that supports you well, that you can sit on for hours.

Steelcase Leap Master race here. Got a v1 for 80 bucks from some old lady once craigslist. It's super easy to get cheap ergonomic office chairs off of craigslist.
