Call me a pussy but any kind of liquid related stuff with computer cooling just scares me. I just try to have a decently cooled room (I have a window a/c) and fans and shit as needed. Never touching shit like water cooling.

Mineral Oil isn't electrically conductive so it's safe. It's just gonna gunk up your shit if you don't keep it clean.
