Because mini-itx either runs hot as fuck or you'll need to spend a fortune on a high-end cooling solution.
Micro-atx is the way to go. Perfect size for a single-gpu build while taking less space than a ATX build.

I use a Hyper 212 with an NF-F12 attached to it. I literally have a 140mm intake fan and a 120mm exhaust. Not expensive at all.
