4tb wd gold and red
480 gb Intel 535
The Intel ssd is a turd but wd gold is very good and fast. It is also kinda noisy though.
Wd red is meh.

Oh I think you misquoted, if it was meant for me I'm happy to say that I've had this computer for 4 years and there's been no problems with the disk.
Samsung SSDs
HGST HDDs

2tb WD blue
120gb crucial ssd

Samsung 850 Pro SSDs
Western Digital Blacks for extended Storage on Laptops and Desktops, WD Red on NAS.
Seagate 10k on SAN Storage
Used to have more 4 other seagate 500GBs, but they reported caution in CrystalDiskInfo.
Looking to replace all drives under 2 TB with a single 6TB or higher down the line as some of them are clocking over 50000hrs.
>Desktop
1x 250GB Samsung 750 Evo SSD
1x 2TB WD Green
>Notebook
1x Kingston 120GB MS200 mSata SSD
i use a solid state drive to install Linux on because it boots up much faster and apps load and run much faster, i used a regular harddrive that has a spinning platter for storage because it has bigger capacity
This. HGST are by far the most reliable HDDs on the market.
Samsung SSDs are good. Speaking from personal experience, I've had a 120 GB Kingston SSD for almost 5 years without any problems.
