Dolphin I believe
Survey says:
Dolphin has tree mode but that just isn't the same.
Ranger
The fuckers removed the feature
KDE is the new GNOME?
Ranger does that by default
Is that true? I'm still on kde 4, definitely not upgrading.
No column view in sight, m8. You could always use Ranger though like everyone else is saying.
nvm I fucked it up, dolphin never had that mac os like column view. I had in mind the commander style split view, which dolphin 5 has
This thing looks really nice, I hope the autistic vi bindings don't spoil it for me
you can just use the arrow keys. Also, I believe there's a way to get it to use emacs bindings too...
GnuStep is for linux and i think that has column view
I'm on kde 5.7 manjaro, I have columns
That's not column view you turbonigger
Look at the pic in the OP
Column view means that when you open up a folder it opens up in a seperate column
That's short view.
>Brokeback Mountain
lmao, of course KDE users would watch that
oh, you mean split view. sorry faggot, that's not "columns" no matter what some queer at Apple says. no, I don't have it on modern Dolphin. it does have tabs though. suck it macfags
Finder has tabs too.
>it does have tabs though. suck it macfags
You're a couple of years late m8
>I literally have no idea what's going on
>I'll just spurt some bullshit that isn't true to make myself feel better
this is you
desu I miss window tabs from KDE4
Where you could have multiple programs in the same window
nice photoshop
wew lad
I think you can still get it in plasma 5 by switching to Oxygen theme
looks sick
can i meme it up to do quick look? right now on osx i can tap spacebar to get a quick preview of the selected file
i imagine it won't be too hard to make ranger do a command on button press but are there any all-in-one viewers on linux that are no frills as fuck?
Oxygen is one thing I don't miss from KDE4 tho
god anonymous you are a TRIPLE PLATINUM RATED RETARDED CONTRARIAN TURBO FAGGOT
wew
sup daniel, why are you still running an older version of OS X?
Yosemite is a botnet

the file manager in elementary OS has columns view.
i think its called Nemo or something.
it in the AUR if you use arch or at least it used to be.
A jew's opinion is worthless because they never give anything away for free
Konqueror
Not the same thing at all you goddamn retard.
Close enough?
NVM, got it. No, I don't think there's anything like that.
What happens if you double click a folder on the first panel? If it opens in the second one, life's great. If it doesn't, everything's terrible and you should read about Miller columns
I think it was 4.8 where they removed it
whoops, not nemo but Pantheon file manager
>pic related
pantheon-files, the file manager in elementaryOS has it. But other than that I haven't seen it.
But a more important question: does finder have tabs? That's a far more useful feature.
uh, yes
You can have image previews and html previews if you install w3m too.
Anything plaintext can be previewed too.
