Get a good chair ($300+), office chairs aren't necessarily comfy sofas, they keep you upright and support you in the right places.

I don't, honestly. I have terrible posture. I know I should fix my posture, but I don't. I'm still young (23) so it doesn't affect me much.
When I do get back pain, I go do sports like minor lifting (even 5kg dumbbells are enough to defeat back pain) or swimming and running.

30/scoliosis here. Can't even fucking deadlift. Literally did a few sets of 35lbs total and felt shearing back pain for a week after. Probably bad form but still, wew.

Change your lifestyle up a bit or at least how you sit. Practive proper posture for 1, 3, or 5 minutes before and after computing. Tell yourself you'll do like 20 seconds or some dumb shit and then just keep going. gl
