Very lightweight, doesn't feel too cheap when its on. The second hand works, but its a slower ticking type of hand; it doesn't sweep. The crown is wrong, and so are the lugs. The face is nice though, I especially appreciate the texture where the second hand is. Very good for sure even with some obvious differences compared to the original, its not bad at all for $18.
Temperature rating 0-10 Celsius (32-50 F). I'm a tad skeptical of using this at 0C/32F. Not saying it can't be done -- I once slept at that temp using a down quilt rated to 4C/40F -- but I've a few reasons to doubt the rating.

Get on my level. I slept in a dryer bag in a hole I dug covered in leaves back in some survival camp as a kid. Don't know the exact temperature, but all the other faggots that brought semi arctic sleeping bags and chemical heaters and shit got taken inside middle of the night because of risk. They missed me because of the leaves. Was fine except it was too cold to keep my face out, but breath made codensation, so had to wake up and air it out regularly. Woke up to nobody around. So just hiked the couple miles back to base camp myself. They're lucky I wasn't some pencil neck puss. Or they would have been sued to fuck when I died or got hypothermia.
Slept in a hole with two space blankets, leaves, and sticks holding leaves over the hole sometime later. That worked much better. Of course everybody else had some richfag expedition bags again. Why even bother I kept thinking? Just go regular camping.

I think its the dream phone. Coming from a nexus 4 i had to constantly tweak and turn everything off just for 2 SoT hours.
With this beast i have 4g and everything on all day(gps, auto sync). Brightness at 50% most of the day and all social media apps installed. I get 8 hours SoT give or take each day. The specs will last for 2 to 3 years easily.

I think you cant really hardbrick your device. Root is easy. I encountered no problems when i unlocked my phone. I had already applied for the unlock code before the phone even ship. Got my code in 1 day from Xiaomi anyway. Then the phone came and it had global stable rom. Most guys said that you needed global dev or better China dev rom for the unlock to work. It was late at night and said fuck it lets try and the phone unlocked on first try. Then i flashed twrp and then xiaomi.eu
I had a hard time unlocking my redmi 3s though. It stuck at 50% for over 15 tries. That was painfuI. It turned out i had missed checking enable unlock or something in developer settings.
Tl dr. Its extremely hard to brick your device with no return.
