THE KIDS! THE FUCKING KIDS,TIMMY!

Socialism won.
The faster you accept it and stop working so the system breaks the faster the system will actually become fair (not the socialist "fair" where skilled hard working people will work so the rest can live the same live quality as they do without deserving it).

>there are people who have 100,000,000 more than you and didn't work for any of it, and won't work a day in their lives for any of it

Do you guys realize how absurd it is for everyone to have their own tiny castles, surrounded by a tiny, useless plot of land, lined up in a neat row with innumerable other such castles? It's excessive, and it's a huge money sink.

Now, I can agree with exploitative rent-seeking being wrong, and I think individuals deserve to be able to make more headway in life than they currently realistically can (let alone the future), but economical living can be freeing. No lawns to mow, no roofs to fix, never being on the hook for natural disasters or overflowing toilets, no $100,000+ mortgage, etc.

>(not the socialist "fair" where skilled hard working people will work so the rest can live the same live quality as they do without deserving it).

That is so fucking stupid, it's not even wrong. I drew welfare once. I received a grand total of $500/month. This was enough to cover rent on a shitty apartment, before utilities. No food, no transportation expenses, no leisure budget. Just the shitty apartment. People are forced to cohabitate just to be able to live in shitty apartments. It's not even *close* to the same standard of living as people who are gainfully employed.

You are not living in reality. Check yourself.

there will be no fast lane if everyone drives the same speed

Rich people are the ones pushing the socialism because they are the least affected by it.
Its actually the complete opposite, the more people are just lower class that that just have enough to live and consume (without having enough to get any bad ideas) the better for them.
Russia and GDR already prove the final for of socialism, a few people with lots of power and hence super rich living a jet set life while the other 99.9% lifes like 3rd world pigs.

>wealth not being distributed to each according to his need, from each according to his ability to give
>calling this 'socialism'

Look at this weird dog! It meows and buries its shit in a box!

Whoa really? I had separate money for housing (federal and city), disability (SSI), state healthcare, food share and transportation assistance. Much more comfortable than when I lived with my parents.

It was a different tine back then

There were only 2 genders
Animals weren't anthropomorphic
Girlfriends were real and not this robot and vr crap
6 inch phones were considered big
There was a company called AMD and they were still in business
And whites ruled the world

To be honest, I really miss it

For wealth to be distributed you will need people who decide how much others get and how much he gets.

And there lies the problem.
Human are competitive, no one is satisfied with just having the same as the others. So people who can distribute the wealth and people who can influence those who distribute the wealth will naturally end up with a way bigger piece of the pie.

There's a book called 'Nickel and Dimed' in which the author investigates, among other things, the conditions under which the poor receive public assistance in the United States during the mid-90s through the early 2000s. One point I found particularly insightful is her appraisal of food banks and welfare-to-work. Essentially, she points out that, when she compared the dollar value of what she got (i.e. 'free' food from a food bank) vs. the amount of time it took her to obtain it, she found that she was effectively earning significantly less than minimum wage for her efforts. TANF and other welfare-to-work programs had a similar dynamic.

Believe me, it's a lot more complex than fiscally conservative pundits and loudmouths would have you believe it is. When you hear a fiscally conservative message come out of the mouth of a wealthy person, remember that it's code for "fuck you, got mine", no more, no less.

...

This is why we need to automate socialism. With humans removed from the equation (see ) then finally we can have a truly classless society where each is given according to their need.

b-but you don't understand... all countries past present and future that tried socialism and failed were just doing it wrong!

SOCIALISM HAS NEVER BEEN TRIED! IT'S CAPITALISMS FAULT!

>grandpa
Implying I reproduced, nice sci-fi OP

Handwaving and no-true-scotsman'ing aside, it *is* true that the United States has historically waged campaigns of economic and military warfare against socialist and/or communist economies, undermining them and artificially hastening any problems they would develop.

The Soviet Union, for example, ran out of money and food in large part because of its military campaign against the United States. In more recent years, the financial troubles in Greece can largely be traced back to under-the-table loan-sharking done by American banks.

Socialism does not work with low IQ negros and mexicans and the like. It needs high IQ people who can use and create robots to do the labor. Unfortunately in doing so Socialism kills itself because it can't tax these robots and can only tax people thus the Socialist govenrments encourage 3rd world immigragion of low IQ immigrants to try to suppliment the taxes yet these 3rd worlders aren't intelligent enough to maintain the system.

I feel like socialism could work but it requires a break from the marxist tradition. maybe try proudhon some time.

Sure but the war that communism has conducted against capitalism hasn't hindered capitalism's success. Maybe it's just survival of the strongest but one seems to be stronger.

Only people with low IQ want socialism

Capitalism promotes innovation, thats why what you are typing on is a product of capitalism.

We all know the truth. It is the IQ of the inhabitants not what system they are under that matters. If you give Niggers capitalism they will be just as poor as under communism. What communism does is it kills off the most intelligent in the revolution thus lowering the IQ of the nation overall. however if the nation has a low IQ, communism, socialism, and capitalism will all result in mass poverty.

...

IQ is a myth, and is not an accurate measure of intelligence or ability. It's the Einsteinian "judging a fish by its ability to climb a tree".

IQ is a favorite go-to for white supremacists and other racists to justify their perceived position higher on the ladder than "undesirables" such as blacks and Hispanics. What they omit, however, is that the same measurements that show whites as being higher on the IQ spread than blacks and Hispanics also show whites as being lower on the ladder than Asians and Jews.

Define "success". If you define "success" as funneling money into the pockets of a few elites while gradually impoverishing 90+% of the population, then, yes, it's very successful. Granted, it seems strange that you'd define success that way, since that seems to be what you're afraid of seeing under socialism.

>T. Spic

>For wealth to be distributed you will need people who decide how much others get and how much he gets.

Let an artificial neural network do it.

I am neither a Capitalist or a Socialist. I am a Nationalist and I believe in helping those of my own ethnicity and encouraging high IQ people have many children preferably through surrogacy. Capitalism is okay but its biggest flaw is that it often causes a race to the bottom for wages if there are no protections against outsourcing to cheap low IQ 3rd world countries.

>Jews
>High IQ

Those white people you think are Jews such as the "Ashkenazim" are not real Jews they are Italian/Romans pretending to be Jews. The real Jews are Black. Abraham was a black man, Jesus was a Black man, Moses was a black man etc.

IQ is a meme. Adult IQ batteries are based not just on knowledge, but on knowledge deemed to be common to an American high-school graduate. If you administer the test to someone who attended a subpar high school -- or who did not attend high school at all -- you will get a lower result, almost every time. Not because the subject is a less-than-ideal specimen of humanity in terms of cognition, but because they don't possess the knowledge the test requires.

I didn't come here to feel.

That's Krazy Konvenient, Komrade.

sorry mate but the ride never ends

Raising minimum wage is the reason they ship job overseas or get robots to do them

Companies like McDonald's is a well oiled machine and likes to offer cheap products so people can afford them. Raise the minimum wage and that money that is used to make those products cheap are now going to those employees. So in truth, they have to raise the prices of those products to pay for their workforce. It just makes it harder for everyone, especially the customer. The reason we have inflation is because minimum wage increase.

A machine doesn't whine, doesn't demand greater pay, is much more economical because it takes less money to keep running than a bitchy employee and is much more efficient.

Publicly-traded corporations demand unrealistic levels of growth. Because of this, they seek to squeeze revenue out of any place possible, even places where they really shouldn't. If they weren't shipping jobs overseas, they'd be cutting wages until there were riots; if they couldn't do that, they'd raise prices and hit their food with the shrink ray; if they couldn't do that, they'd cut corners on sanitation and food standards; if they couldn't do that, they'd collapse after shareholders fled a stagnant ship.

It's a really fucked up situation, and the corporation is to blame, along with the legal and economic structures that demand these practices. Do not *ever* commit the grievous error of ascribing the pains of American capitalism's unrealistic growth standards to workers *anywhere*, either foreign or domestic.

Unless I forcefully implant a .357 bullet into my head?
:^(

Could it be that humans are less productive than machinery in some tasks? No. That's inconceivable. I can calculate faster than any machine.

This always hits me hard, it feels so possible.

Yeah, because property bubbles and unregulated taxis happen under socialism, not capitalism. Right.

That dreams over now that the fucking fool is dating Amber Heard. bitch is gonna take all his money and set us back decades.

Of course the machines are more productive. But the employee "bitching", "whining", and "demanding greater pay" isn't a deficit of the employee. It's what the employee requires, but unreasonable growth demand of capitalism does not support. Therefore, blame the system for the "bitchy" employee, not the bitchy employee themselves.

Speaking of machines being more effective, capitalism is eventually going to hang itself via automation, and socialism will be an absolute requirement to salvage what's left of the economy. Automated labor will, within the next 100 years, will lead to a persistent revolving unemployment rate of 60+%. Without redistribution of wealth that is unrelated to labor, 60% of the population will be unable to put a roof over their heads or feed themselves, let alone spend disposable income on the gadgets the robots are making. The economy will literally crash unless you start handing free money out to everyone.

In 50 years, remember this post.

I was not excusing the American way, just criticising the British (London) way.

There are certain psychological needs related to housing such as:
>Not being homeless.
>Reasonable quality and well-maintained home.
>Security of tenure.
>Social support.
>Control over your home.

Now tell me, which one of those does renting a shoe box in a city cover?
>Pay ASTRONOMICAL renting fees (Rent (verb) = 'to hit the Snooze button on homelesness').
>Wake up every day in a cuck-shed wishing your eyes would sink in your brain to your death
>Random niggers walk around in your kitchen
>Music/weed/skids/all the shit you disagree with.

I can go on but you get it. It is literally raping your brain - being a slave obliterates your mental well-being. It's not 'insane people become homeless' but 'homelessness makes you go insane'.

Maybe in the USA. Sadly the UK provides more than enough benefits to live comfortably. Single motherhood or pregnancy puts you on top of the council housing lists (which are actually quite new and comfy, minus the shitty neighbours). So young NEET couples strategically make babies in order to run a business out of it. When you don't pay rent/utilities and haave enough £ to eat fast food every single day, while having 100% of your weekly hours free to play video games, why the fuck would you rationally change that position? A minimum wage job might even put you in a worse financial position, on top of the 40-48 hours being taken away.

Oh no I agree that automation will eliminate traditional capitalism (it becomes a complete sham when they employ no one). But I just don't understand the international workers' movements resistance to automation when it only furthers their goals in the long run. Shortsighted.

Believe me, as bad as it looks where you are, what happens in the US is worse. We're basically all either living paycheck-to-paycheck, debt-leveraged up to our eyeballs, homeless, or some confluence of the three. Attending a mediocre accredited university costs us $40,000+ apiece, and we take out loans and pay interest. Basic preventative-care doctor visits cost us $300+ apiece. We literally die of toothaches here because going to to the doctor costs us 1-2 weeks' pay.

Trust me. You do not want to be the United States. Be happy with your useless eaters. It could be worse.

i thought that usa is the place where any "work" pays you millions per year. at least here everyone always say that they get lots of money for nothing

didnt notice that stupid cookie thing...

lol i never knew it but i must be in the top 10%

They were dark times. Huge A-pillars and tall front bumpers. Everything looked like a corolla, and everything was angry.

The upside was that a fucking camry would outperform many "sports cars" of the day

It's not. I pull in $300-400 every two weeks. I used to make about $100 more, but they cut my hours because I refused to stay two hours after the conclusion of my actual shift in order to wipe the ass of an incompetent coworker.

The starting salary for a CS grad is $25,000-27,000/year, which comes out to about $12/hour at 40 hours a week. And remember that they probably owe $30,000-50,000 just for their education, let alone anything they owe for their car, or their house, or a medical procedure, or whatever else it is they might have needed. Also, they pay taxes on that income, and money is taken directly out of their paycheck to cover their (usually pathetically inadequate) healthcare plan.

Seriously, employer-provided healthcare here often doesn't even include dental, vision, or prescription drug coverage, and, if you do get vision coverage, expect to get about $125 per year toward either glasses *or* contacts. For reference, that's the going price for ~6 months of contacts.

Such a rag that it isn't even fit to print on actual paper. For reals, Breitbart has zero credibility.

Where the fuck do you live? I got out of a shit school with a 2.67 GPA and I'm in interviews with 3 places, the lowest amount offered is $50,000. My current part time IT job that is 25 hours a week pays me $550 twice a month. And my situation is the worst out of all my CS buddies. You are getting screwed.

Yeah, they tend to interview a fuckload of people and then hire about 5% of them. Good luck.

For every one intern, there are ten who apply and don't get the position. We can't all be you. Don't buy the "rugged individualism" myth, we can't all "succeed" at the same time. This is not a Romney-esque "land of haves and soon-to-haves".

I'm just saying, posting links from Breitbart is like posting links from Infowars or Drudge or Daily Mail. If you can find more reputable links, that's fine, post those, but don't expect to post links to known rags and not get called out on it.

Actually they told me I was literally the only applicant to the position. Maybe they lied though?

I just about guarantee you they are lying. This is a country where a high school holds open interviews for one new janitor and literally 300 people show up.

coincidentally, can you think of a website thought of as "right leaning" that you can deem okay, sir deemer of news sites

Not him, but I find them all trustworthy.

>The Earth was created 6000 years ago by an invisible man who lives in the sky, I believe this because my parents told me the book that says so is true, and I must be right because I'm white!

It just speaks right to the heart. How can anyone deny it?

American "Conservatives" are bubble people and pseudo-intellectuals, almost to a one. The higher their exposure, the worse they are. By definition, they're not going to have a lot to say that's worth anything.

We're talking about a group of people who still deny climate change, keep marijuana illegal despite all counter-indicative science, limit municipal broadband in the name of "competition", wear flag pins and shout "SUPPORT OUR TROOPS" while defunding and neglecting the VA, try to defund the EPA out of existence despite cases like Love Canal and Times Beach that make the need for the EPA *painfully* obvious, push "freedom of religion" mandates that not only enable Christian child-abuse camps, but also allows creationism and abstinence-only sex education to sneak into our public schools through the back door, and so much more

That sounds nice, how do I vote for them in my country?

Just raise your hand in support!

You're easy as fuck and read from a script.

I don't read from a script, I typed all of this from my own mind. And I know that basically everything posted in this shithole is bait. I'm still not going to let this hot garbage fester unanswered, because that's how things got this bad to begin with.

>I believe what I believe without any critical thinking whatsoever.
>They all say I believe what I believe without any critical thinking! Where do they all get this from?

>Do you guys realize how absurd it is for everyone to have their own tiny castles, surrounded by a tiny, useless plot of land, lined up in a neat row with innumerable other such castles? It's excessive, and it's a huge money sink.

I feel the same way. Where I live, all the houses are like pic related. And they keep building more of them. The precious trees and forests keep disappearing, and I have no where to go for a walk except along the sidewalks of these streets. It takes 20+ years for trees to grow back (if the homeowners plant some).

Every time I mow the grass I feel like it's a complete waste of time. Lawn mowers are expensive to buy and annoying to maintain. They are loud and the exhaust smells. The only thing you get out of them is the grass being a couple inches shorter.

It's a huge waste indeed, not to mention that biodiversity in these lawns is nonexistent.

Countries other than the United States are better at this, but they still have similar examples.

Also I can't imagine why someone would lock in their life to years upon years of paying a $100,000+ mortgage. If they have that money, then I can't imagine what could compel a person to spend so much on a house like pic related when it could be used for so many other purposes.

stfu and dump this bucket of water on your head so I can post it.

Who the actual fuck are you even quoting?

Doesn't diminish what the other poster said. Breitbart is still garbage lol. Always post sources other than them.

Let's post huffington fucking post instead

Well, political belief is not protected in the US. Even the UN agrees: you can kill every communist/fascist in your country and it's not criminal as long as they had a trial.

First of all, not all people can be neatly grouped into "liberals" and "conservatives". I'm not fond of what passes for "liberal" in the US either.

Second, single-issue voting is a scourge on the political process, and is most prominently exhibited by the conservative segment of the population. "Conservatives" are uniquely terrible in their own distinct ways.

I did answer the question, you shaved ape. I said that there weren't any. If you could read beyond a fifth-grade level, you'd know that.

Teslas are overpriced pieces of shit.

Maybe they will actually learn quality control by the time the model 3 comes out. If it keeps going the way it is we wont have 5% of cars on the road be fully electric in 10 years in the USA.

Its going to be a long slow road until electric cars take over.

kek

"Back in the day we had some control over our fate on the road rather than letting a computer roll the dice for us like absolute cucks."

Instead we let computers control everything fucking else in our lives but driving was too much

I already own a home, and I was able to move out to CA for a job. Needless to say, I had to rent.

Just being here, with vagrancy knocking on my door every month, everything you said there is 100% true.

I genuinely want to fucking kill myself.

A human's capacity for memory is roughly equivalent to that of an Apple II. If you think we should be in charge long-term, you're delusional.

They weren't talking about conservatives generally though. Just some clear tendencies in right wing press.
