Higher turbo clock speed. Also that site isn't very good because the averages includes overclocks I believe

What's to explain here? A lower priced CPU performs worse than a higher priced one. More news at 11.

They are not overclocked you dumb shit

1. It's a small difference
2. It's a single type of benchmark test. Your picture would be much more impressive if other tests were included, rather than the cherry-picked test shown.

Tech-illiterates are everywhere on this board

Said the tech illiterate.

Kill yourself

Like it or not, it's an objective fact.

There is nothing wrong in that pic

>6700K needs 95W to compete with the 88W 4790K
>It still doesn't beat it

stop, your making me laugh

It's just the release price, dumbass

It's the gpu. Take the gpu out and you loose 15 watts

the gpu doesnt magically make the cpu use more power you fuckin plebian

>He doesn't understand how TDP works

iGPU you dumb fuck

It doesn't includes overclocks, the overclock list is over here:
cpubenchmark.net/overclocked_cpus.html

idiot intel boards havent had onboard graphics for a long ass time

hahahahahalololololololkekekekekekek

Both have iGPS, the 4790k got a HD4600 and the 6700k got a Iris 530.

Right, but it doesn't mean shit

what are you retarded? it doesnt have a HD 4600 series

530 stomps all over previous gen. Still can't compete with a dedi, though

kek

Stomps by 15%

It's not worth buying a Haswell now, it is a legacy product.

It's just not worth upgrading from Haswell either unless you need chipset features.

actually it does

more like 30+

>synthetic benchmarks

You would be better watching youtube benchs.

Haswell was the best Intel architecture, prove me wrong.

It has twice as many bugs as Skylake

I can do that too

youtube.com/watch?v=VDo-j00vUtw
youtube.com/watch?v=f5lfMogcrPU
youtube.com/watch?v=8sIh1HMcNUs

I just know 1 on skylake and 1 on haswell, what are the others?

Haven't phoronix tests shown there's some weird bug with skylake's igpu that craters performance? I remember reading several articles and I and commenters being confused at skylake poor performance.

I was comparing the iGPU, learn to read.

intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/4th-gen-core-family-desktop-specification-update.html

There is a shitton

I'm sorry the 4790k looses to Skymeme and is slower:-(

At least their bugs (if there are any) doesn't makes the CPU hang on high load.

Now would be the time to post proofs

And it better not be the p95 bug that's been fixed for months

>not even a year old
>already got 5 sheets of errata

intel.com/content/www/us/en/processors/core/desktop-mobile-5th-gen-core-family-spec-update.html

110

And it's only a year old

So you would pick the 4790k which runs hotter, has more bugs, less connected, and is slower in every test?

Haswell had 34 revisions to the document. They are still adding shit, even after 2+ years

I already got one.

>slower in every test
Sure it is.

>has more bugs
I already said, Skylake is only a year old, no way they already found all bugs.

>less connected
I don't know what you meant by that.

I already *have* one, Pajeet

sorri mothar, ill inprove

>Also that site isn't very good because the averages includes overclocks I believe
dumbass

Did you run out of arguments?

it's the worst benchmarking site on the entire internet.

for?

>idiot intel boards havent had onboard graphics for a long ass time
I.. uh... what?

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skylake_(microarchitecture)#Desktop_processors

Check the “GPU model” column. Or am I simply being baited hard?
