Contrary to popular belief, if you're not asking about some implementation of YT of bitching about how the layout changed and it triggered your autism, it's not a technology related post.

I'm actually making a shitty gmod vid right now lol

I do, have 2k subscriers but I don't monetize.

>It's like a part time job in a 3rd world country

I don't collab or do trendy drama bullshit which is why I don't get "da youtube moneyzzz xdddd" It's fun, but it's a draining commitment.

Currently at 602k subscribers.

About 50 subs in two months. So probably a long ass time before I see any turn around. But for now, that shit is just for fun.

proof or no balls

Yes
Not monetized. It's all copyrighted anyway.

5k subs. I have no idea where they came from.

I told my gf to start doing it because she's hot. I edit them and we split the profits 50/50 lol. Like 1-2k extra jewgolds a month for just having her talk about stupid current events and pop culture shit in a low cut top. The messages inbox is the most pathetic thing I've ever witnessed.

If you live off of YouTube money you should fucking jump into oncoming traffic. This is almost as bad as living on the dole, because at least then you can find some excuse for that like disability. YouTube just pays you for being an insufferable narcissist.

And this is bad, why?

Depends, how many tits do you have?

...

no because 5000 views a month is worth jack shit, about 14ct

why did you make a thread on Sup Forums? how is this related to technology discussion?

Kinda. No. n/a

Have a few popular videos on a particular topic. But as I don't regularly post new vids, others have overtaken me on it.

Wonder how much is in my adsense account. I never did complete the process and Google emails me every month about it.

>Wonder how much is in my adsense account.
nothing if you didn't actively activate it, sadly

Shameless self plug.

That's why you upload like 10 videos a week

I don't really put up anything.

At this rate (assuming it isn't declining, which it is) I am making $1k a year.

Didn't stop me. The shows I steal from aren't auto-detected.

is this you:

not bad, but I don't enjoy gamer vids much.

screenshot of inbox for fun, censor of course

>make a few MLG montage parodies that become popular
>move away into general alt. humour

Yeah, whatever you base your channel on you're are stuck with. Thankfully I recently started a channel that mostly focuses on DBZ game(s) and some DBZ clips I've edited.

I like my channel a lot. I just talk about whatever I want, and it seems like a good number of people like me as well as the content I'm pushing out.

Even so, I will always be aware that I myself do not bring people to the table. Personality only goes so far.

>Stupud frog poster
Summerfaggot

lol. You don't have it half as bad as me senpai.

I used to make, get this, religious videos while playing Call of Duty. I eventually quit making videos, but literally all of my fanbase pretty much only liked the religious videos.

Now that I think about it the shit is pretty cringe worthy.

I set most videos to private, but some of my videos were taken and uploaded by random people.

FUCK. This is draining me.

Email says payments are on hold until I complete the process. Last time I looked (years ago) there was a tiny bit of money in it.

are you unironically a muslim?

kinda, i just occasionally make a video and upload to it

Largest was 5k views from some besiege video back when Sup Forums was all over it.

Are you reading off of a book or are you just well versed in theology?

Jesus Christ, if they're that horny why don't they just watch porn?

Went to a private Muslim school. Had a Theology class. Plus my Mom is a Christian who became Muslim so she never stops talking about religion.

You know me, I'm from a religious family.

If it wasn't Islam I'd be a super conservative Christian like my Mother's side of the family.

Doomed from the womb.

My personality contrasts strongly with my audience. It sucks. You probably wouldn't pick it from my channel, but I have a dark/black sense of humour, and my fan base are all innocent 12 year olds with a few 13 year old le epic trollmasters telling people to shut up.

Honestly, I post what I want, which mostly consists of simple parody edits of videos or cartoons. Only occasionally will I consider my subscribers; I'm pretty sure most of them are inactive anyway.

>religious videos while playing Call of Duty
Odd choice, man. What kind of comments would that get? Preaching? Athiest/Christian/Muslim flaming?

I've just got infuriatingly meaningless comments (MLG style, except often unironic), with the occasional insult.

I will actually go to youtube to look for info on religion whenever I feel like learning something, just in the last year or so I learned about sodom and gomorrah and its like the best thing ive ever heard lol

Pretty much all of those people commented.

I didn't mean to be a religious autist, but I made a video response to BlameTruth about how his creepy pasta may really be ghosts or "jins" attacking him. It blew up, for my standards, of 40K views and everyone that subscribed liked religious horse shit.

Sucks because I tried to make funny content, some were decent others entertaining. The only thing that made me "pop" was religious videos. So I ended up making my channel based around something i just wanted to do once.

Comments were pretty funny. Always liked arguing with people when I was younger. Now I don't have as much energy to argue with people.

I can never understand how women get so much fucking attention despite the fact they are still the majority of the population.

Its cool to hear, but not what I like talking about anymore. I absolutely bled that topic dry.

My new found love is political and legal information. I try not to talk about politics as much as I did religion so I don't get bored of it.

>blametruth
what happened to that guy? Did he died?

Muslims are especially focused about that shit. It's probably the fact they pray multiple times a day. The Christian version of it are like the music industry is Illuminati analysis videos.

If you watch enough Illuminati videos, which I have, most conclude that Islam is the "true religion" that hasn't been infiltrated yet.

This is because the OGs of Illuminati shit on YouTube was the arrivals which was super popular. It was done by a group of Muslims and in it they showed how Islam was right and others were infiltrated.

IDK if they've changed in the past three years, but last time I checked Islam is the One true religion.

IDK bro. He had his own identity crisis.

He got famous on YouTube through COD and then he wanted to transition into Pokemon, but no one really cared.

A lot of COD commentartors died after MW3 because they lost a lot of their audience and YouTube had evolved past just gameplay clips.

The person I miss the most is Xcalizorz.

Because there are men who are so devoid of sex they need to see them YouTube titties.

There's also a lot of kids that don't know about RedTube yet.

Artist feels: the work that you think is crap will take off. It's normal.

I published an old Work In Progress that I thought was outdated and mediocre. After about a month, it made it onto the "Up Next" of a popular video, and I ended up getting over 1500 subscribers (was on 300 subs) and over 150k views. To top it all off, it had a shitty 15 second intro that explained how I stopped working on it because I thought it sucked.
