>What is the oldest part in your PC? When did you buy it?
Everything is 100% brand new.

The case December 2008

>2008
I respect you

yup was sitting on the shelf and for a good four years since its last xenon build. Still have the original quadro and Intel quad cpu. Also the hard drives are as old as the case.

After how many holes did you realize that its fucked and never going to look nice?

when I couldnt find my hole marker that makes the dent.

My dvd drive I bought in 2009. I use it occasionally and it's the onky thing that doesn't need upgrading.

wow try harder v-tard

Ordered everything but the gpu together around 5months ago. So this is a fresh little girl.

i like it

nice, dude
white heatsink and red case ruin it

No matter what angle or setting you use to take a pic of this, it's shit. Please just stop.

looks pretty clean from here .. need bigger pics tbqh, but i like it.

idk why you post in every guts thread plz stop

I would stop, but I like posting pictures.

Sorry the guts of your thinkpad don't look as nice

man, you sure told me dude!

2tb wd black, bought 2012, everything else under a year

New build.
Going to sell the rx 480 for 1060.
>inb4 "ur motherboard'
I bought the wrong one yeah, fuck me

Everything is a month and a half old.

I purchased everything over a year ago.

>I purchased everything over a year ago.
>GTX 1080

yeah i don't know why i wrote everything.

upgraded from a 290 and did some other small upgrades (lighting, ram, etc.)

just threw up a bit

Are you sucking air though the radiator out the front, or do you have the whole system set up to blow radiator warm air into your case? Surely the radiator should be between the fan and the cold reservoir

...

Mounted on may, first build

Oldest part is my GPU. Still waiting for that 1080 Ti. Then I'll be done building computers and swapping parts like some kind of drug addict (I won't).

My case and 1 hard drive are from 2009. I used to have a sound card from 2002, but it's PCI and my new motherboard has no PCI slots.

Oldest are the original two sticks of Crucial Ballistix LP from 2013. Bought another two sticks earlier this year.

how does the case "ruin" it?

It's a 750D.

WD Caviar Black 500GB Bought @ 2008.

kinda a personal oppinion.
>5'5" drive bay is cancerous i hate them
>HDD cages that look cheap makes me want to die
>mobo tray sticking way out so you see more of it than your mobo
don't take me wrong, you've done a nice job.. its just my personal oppinion about those 3 main reasons

What's the point of these threads? It's all the same people posting the same hardware that they've had for a long time.

I have a bluray burner if you look at the speccy, I also want the ability to add more HDDs later I have 2 free 3.5" bays internal and I can add another 3 3.5" bays if I need to, with 2x5.25" available in the front I can add another 3x3.5" adapter, as you can see i'm sitting at 17TB right now so I would like the ability to add more later if I need/want.

why do you need that amount of storage?
i bought a dual CPU xeon server (for like 100$) so i can transfer all my stuff to and use it for TS/plex whilst keeping the workload off my main pc

mobo Sabertooth x58 2011
i7 990x 2011
850w ultra PSU 2011

Media storage, I have another computer downstairs with ~15TB. It's full of my older less dense drives and the case is filled.

2008, my mememaster case because once upon a time I had even more hard drives than I have now. Also fucking indestructible case that proved its worth on a few occasions.
Corsair HX1000w PSU that is still in use right now, and has been used since 2008 almost daily :) I know it needs replacing yes

I've also got my old gaming PC's from 2006 and 2002 guys come on step it up

I like the subtle blue throughout the build, would like to have seen some blue in the cables as well.
Purdy gud user

6/10
Sleeve the cables, flip the tip rad and get rid of the multi colored LED's everywhere

6/10
Flip the HDD's and figure something out with the cables, they are just kind of all over the place.

8/10
I like it, a lot. Not sure how I feel about the white fans, but otherwise it's a gorgeous build.

9/10
Awesome build, the only thing I see is that you have the AIO fan coonected to a header by the 24pin connection.
Route it up top and tuck it away

6/10
Cables not sleeved, rad flipped the wrong way (if you ask me anyway) and a little bland

6/10
Clean for the most part, I just hate those coolers

simple/quick/lazy/10

Same as above, but add "wtf is with that purple fan"

8/10
cables!!!!
I love the dual colored ram however

7/10
It's not "bad" but I'm not sure about the color balance of things inside this build

9/10
Clean and I've also has a soft spot for mini builds

Can't see shit /10
That cooler is way too big for that case imo

8/10, cables, but I like everything else

Love water builds, but 7/10
I would suggest going hard lines and wtf is up with your temps?
My CPU sits at 17-19 idle and GPU at 22-25

Phew, do me

>Love water builds, but 7/10
I would suggest going hard lines and wtf is up with your temps?
My CPU sits at 17-19 idle and GPU at 22-25

speccy is taken when i was gaming. don't bother it.
currently playing star citizen cpu temp is 42c and idle is always at 26-30. delidded 4770k
by your temps i'm guessing an AMD CPU ? unless it's 10 degrees in your room.

>7/10. also what case? i hate how my pump is because my r5 doesn't natively support a pump, and we got the same pump.

wow i actually forgot to tag, that's a first.

waterblock. i borrowed it from a system about 3 years old

6700k and I keep my house around 70F.

Case is a Master Box 5 by CM

>Crucial 8GB DDR3 RAM

Got a couple more photos

That's called a center punch.

Get some pledge on that pronto man

The whole computer

It's a laptop :^)

>Seagate HDD
>2010 prebuilt

Oldest part of my new build. Got it today

The 2500k is my oldest parts.
Probably bought it on release year.

floppy - 2001
infrared port and TV tuner - 2003
but otherwise my PC is rather fresh

When you gonna water cool that so we can be watercooled/1080's/RVE10 bros

nah, got a 4790k @4.5
lol

Nice

Why not ptge though?

I like the matte black tubing.

Also, do you plan on returning the hbw SLI bridge?

I'm waiting for EK to release their HB SLI Bridge. Then getting that one.

>Old PC

a Seagate ST3808110AS 80GB from 2005

I'll post pictures on tommorow if this thread is still up. My oldest part is my rx 380x which I got in december of last year, every other part is brand new.

SSD, bought 2014.

Death imminent

Not for Butcoins, that would be stupid.

really fucking gay

fear me

i bought a SSD ($30) this year, and the GPU ($50) last year

also bought a new enclosure for it because my old case was a nightmare to clean and there's a $40 thermaltake that has dust filters

everything else was basically purchased when it was new

haven't run into a vidya i can't play yet

Watercooling components outside of the case triggers me.

Sexy as fuck, but that motherboard looks way too big for the case. How did you fit it?

How are your temps in that case?

So are cum loops but dont see me complaining.
Pretty interesting case haha.
HDDs dont flip since cant plug them in that way. Also please suggest a way to manage the cables that isnt making shorter ones.

My custom CPU water loop, I've been using it since mid 2010. I bought some parts like the reservoir and radiator 2nd hand too, so those are actually even older, though I don't know how old exactly.

It is too big. Hopes, dreams, and electrical tape. It's secured and not flexing, but, needed tape for insulation.

Case - 2003
Mobo - 2008 (model of 2006) - AM2

running Phenom 2 955 and HD6850 on it. Will get a RX470 soon.

What CPU fan is that? I'm putting together a new PC on friday and I'd rather use something other then the garbage-fire tier cooler that comes with Intel's CPU's stock.

newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835709039
IF you live in a cool enviorment its can over clock to standard 4.2 on the 6600k. Been pretty great cooler so far.

Thanks user, much appreciated.

Fresh, new fans edition. Ended up taking out the low-voltage adapters and actually setup speedfan config sort-of properly. Asus BIOS fan control lowest setting is 60% which is still tornado-tier for the 3000rpm fan below the GPU

rad in

Love that nano you have there.

Finally completed my build with the RX 480 nitro that came today.

Added LED's, inb4 flame

Oldest part is the 650, not sure when it was bought it was given to me for free.

take the toys out you fucking faggot

are you 12?

At first I thought you meant the LED's and I was going to tell you to shut up but yeah the toys are actually fucking retarded

pretty sure even a smart twelve year-old would see that those are stupid, actually.

old cabinet from 2007 bought in 2010

I like my toys, they're even in my cars

but those are really vomit inducing shit

Patricia is more likely to put out.

Then again, if you break her in, sex with Jessica might be out of this world.

CPU, a 3570K from hune 2013, I think.

How so?

let's see.. CPU, PSU and HDDs, I guess. August 2013?

wait, no, that's not right at all. It must have been 2014.

So does this setup suck air in over the radiator and into the case? Or am i missing something here?

Who's the cunt with the ncase and pelican case?
I want to know what size the pelican is.

All of it Aug 2013 except case, and the Evo 250 ssd.

I love your all your colors match.
I wish I could go for blue but MSi uses that trash red and black color scheme that makes you look like a teenager.
But unfortunately I'm too poor to buy parts 'because I like the color better'.
