1060 3GB is just over half the price of rx 480 and 1070 rapes it
and that was with the intel cpu underclocked, for it to be a fair comparison amd would have to be able to reach the same clocks without the power consumption going through the roof

Apple is probably going to put an amd gpu in their next macbook pro, but there's no way in hell they'd put an amd cpu in it.
and if they do go for another amd gpu it's just going to end up like the 2015 macbook where it under performs the 950m in pretty much every task, and uses more power, and causes the whole system to throttle
