Fan Curve Thread

What are your GPU fan curves?

Auto

I run a Nvidia GPU so my fans are as low as possible while not going higher than 72ÂșC which isnt hard at all.

Not on my desktop atm but it stays at 25% below 40c then it ramps up to 40% at 50c and 60% at 70. Highest temperature ive seen my nitro fury hit is 69c so it works pretty well senpai.

>not just being a line at 100%
Though personally I use a decreasing fan curve with the 100% at 30C, 80% at 50, 60% at 70 and 40% at 85.

I have a HD6950 that haven't been properly clean since 2010, and is fucking loud.

The fans are almost always within the circle.

Whatever the default is

sounds great m9

my fans don't start untill GPU is at 45c

I don't change fan curve, I undervolt

0%/0 RPM at all times
watercooled master race.

Your watercooler radiator has fans retard

My card has resonances (louder noise) at certain RPMs, hence the sharp steps to keep to the quiet RPMs

Mine is similar to this. It's really quiet up to around 60c.

...

I remember having to do this on my AMD card (7950 DirectCU II edition), shit sucked

On my new GTX 970 Strix I have no issues, and the default fan profile works fine for me

Why 4 points for a linear increase you fucking faggot?

default "aggressive" setting on precisionx, using it for kboost

Mine's a DCUII too actually. But i'm happy with it, at those RPMs it's just the "whoosh"-sound, which is much more important than how many DB it is

100%, 24/7

just wear noise-canceling headphones if you don't like the noise

Not at my pc but slightly similar to that,
1080 so it has a fecking steep curve

What if I don't like killing fans?

Shilling in a fan curve thread...

Depends on the reseller then the brand.
