No, I need a good CPU because I hate lags. I don't even play that much, not nearly enough to have a steam account, even. 3.0 GHz(turbo boost counts) Intel is a minimum for me. It just happens that such laptops often have a good enough dedicated GPU.

For less than $500 you will get:

- Shitty keyboard
- Ultrasmall touxchpad that u can't use comfortably
- Throttling and bad battery runtimes with a decent CPU or pretty
long runtimes with shitty 0.9ghz CPU
- Bad overall build quality and materials + ugly design
Also it weights more, compared to more expensive models
