>FX processor
Running a 5820K + OC 780Ti, it maxes 2K completely but can't hold 60 FPS on 4K Lowest. I think your CPU might be a problem.

>AMD FX Processor

Game has horrible memory leak.

If BF4 runs good for you should be getting around 100fps+ on that rig.

i have a i5 4690 and a 390x the beta runs great 60-100fps sits around 80fps

I have 16gb of ddr3 though

Turn down the render scale percentage thing.

its at 42% by default.

its op's fucking shit cpu for sure.

OP post speccy or temps plz

Bullshit, I'm hitting 60fps on my 6300 and r7 360

You're using an NVIDIA card, you should have gotten AMD instead, that's why you're getting shitty framerates

Your CPU is garbage.

>gtx980
>amd fx-8350
>3840x2160
>win 8.1
Never seen a more disgusting combination in my life. Jesus Christ. Made me ill

Every thread with this shit.
The video card isn't the problem.
It's clearly his CPU.
..and the beta's memory leak.

im over 50fps with a shitty HD 7770 and an 8320 @ 4.93Ghz...

1080p mid to high settings looks really good.

cucked

I get over 100 at high settings with a 970. But I have an i5. I must conclude that the FX isn't cutting it.

beta has memory leak you have 8 gb of ram. After a couple hours of game play memeory usage of the game is hitting 8gb+.

Get an i5 and 16gb ram

>tfw 60-70fps maxed out DX11 with a 290x and 4790k
lets just face it nvidia cucks the r9 290x is the new 8800 gtx

>i7-6700K 4.0GHz
>single GTX1070
>16GB of DDR4 3000Hz RAM
>3820x2160
>Win10
>Stable 60 FPS at Ultra
Feels good

Wasn't that the 7970?

max settings with fxaa on high 50% render resolution (i think 42% is "native" for some fucking reason) with a 8350 and 970, your shits fucked.

running everything on ultra preset and getting on average 90-100 fps on my oc 980. cpu is a [email protected] though.

I have an i5 and an rx 470, so even though your CPU is shit I believe my overall system is a bit weaker than yours. However, on 1080p with High/Ultra settings I manage around 75fps so the only difference I'm seeing here besides the processor is I'm running win 10.

I get 60-70fps on medium with a FX-6300/GTX 760.

>not using a console to play games

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with this kind of bullshit

>fx6300 + hd7950
>24gb of ram, etc
>goes from 90fps to 15fps randomly
kill me

Is this thread for any performance issues in games?

I'm playing warhammer total war and random some battles will totally lock my computer up. It will stutter and be unable to take any input such as mouse clicks, escape key. All the graphics will be there, and the sound is fine. This my task manager, is this what is causing it? I alt f4ed and the one core is still running at 100 as I type.

>i5 4670
>gtx 760 2GB
70 fps on high with 45 res scaling

Yes.

>4690k
>GTX 1070
>1080p
>75% Scaling
above 60 fps all times. But game is meh.

7970 was the 280x, not 290x.

>8gb ram

Windows uses 6gb while idle so right there might be your problem

Actually 42% is 100% scaling (is a bug) if you touch it you can't go back to 100% using the slider.

Use render.drawscreeninfo 1 to see the actual resolution.

>Xeon 1231v3
>HD7850 OC to 1200/1200

45-65fps on High 1080p

Is my system shit? Im not that impressed with the performance in this game

more ram and a ssd should boost up the performance nicely

50% of resolution scaling is actually 100%. You're playing at "100%" which is actually 200

you can't be more wrong. 42% is 100%.

>you can't be more wrong.
Actually I could by stating that 51% is 100%. that'd be more wrong than stating that 50 is 100

anyone else with amd card get artifacting in bf1? only happens in this game

42% is native resolution. 50% is 1.3x resolution.

no it's not, 42% looks blurry as fuck

reddit.com/r/battlefield_one/comments/50b4m1/psa_42_resolution_scale_is_your_native_res/

I get 175 fps with everything on ultra.

Basically yeah. That card was awesome.

On which resolution? I can archieve stable 60 at Ultra 2K which is impressive for my ancient Nvidia, but something makes it fail even at low 4K.

Which card?

COOL

>16gb ram
memes

>Ultra 2K
Wat

>Ultra
Maxed details Ultra preset
>2K
WQHD resolution
>i5
It uses 7500 MB of my single 8 GB DDR4 stick, but I'll upgrade later.

the default 42% is native but once you have moved the slider 42% is not 100% anymore.

To see the resolution you're using type Render.DrawScreenInfo 1 on console.

There's a command Render.ResolutionScale 1 that switchs to native but it resets itself to whatever the slider is set from time to time.
