Got a gtx 1070 and having trouble deciding on best monitor resolution to last me a while and be at least 27'. The PC would be used for gaming as well as coding.
A) Two 1440p monitors - how long would the card be able to support this? B) 1440p and 1080p - Probably for the best, the only obstacle is my autism C) dual 1080p - spend the money somewhere else
Just remember they're expensive as hell and """might""" have quality control issues because asus/acer and AUO producing the panels are cheap fucks.

OP here
Do you think retard-sync a must-have?
This looks cool

Hmmm... I have seen the price and it really is expensive.
>"""might""" have quality control issues because asus/acer and AUO producing the panels are cheap fucks.
Just saw some forum posts about this.
are there any good cheaper alternatives or is g-sync a must, I can tolerate a little tear hear and there.

not a must have and definitely not worth the 100$ extra that comes with goy-sync.
Nolan Richardson
g-sync is not a must at all. I use the mg279q that has freesync myself but I never enable it because 1. I don't see a difference, honestly and 2. muh competitive shooters.

I have a 1070. My main monitor (in the middle) is a 27" 1440p@60Hz and a 24" 1080p@60Hz. No autism triggered because it's symmetric.
