It makes cable management such a pain desu.

Get a front bay adapter if you dotn use cd drives. Cleans it up hell lot better

uhhh no they designed it to withstand the weight in most cases. I would think noctua too.
Neat sutisum man.

>will it get warped by gravity?
No it won't, they're made to be mounted vertically.

Original Phenom?

Good lord.

is that the corsair 230t? i had one, the cable management isn't too bad...

I see,
I had no other option since mounting it horizontally blocked the 1st gpu slot.

(I've should've researched the mobo compatibilty before buying)

WHat the fuck are you running that needs that large of a cooler?

Phenom II

Probably going to pick up a cheap hard drive next paycheck and use it as a game server. If I can find a cheap replacement power supply I might throw an old R9 280x I have lying around in there and then it would be a fairly decent secondary gaming machine for older stuff.

The case is goofy as shit though, it has the door on the right side instead of the left, but it's not a BTX system - they just rotated the mobo 180 degrees so that the CPU is on the bottom and the PCI slots are on the top.

Sadly it shipped with a TV tuner, but someone removed that before I got to it.

What's that G10 on and how do you like it?

Hi guys, havrnt posted here in a long time, finnaly got a cpu cooler and some fans

Why are you using a IDE disc drive?

Here's my gaming system

Meme/10
Did you watch all those gaming computer for under 200 videos too?

lold/10
It's cool, but why not just get a proper case?

7/10
Needs cables sleeved and get rid of the meme fans on the side panel...

wtf/10
Either your cooler is pulling hot gpu air into or its sucking in air from the top of the case, right next to an exhaust fan... either way

old AF/10

spaghetti/10
also, dusty as fuck

this is a guts thread, not a cable management thread.
Back to OCN you go

8/10
Hate your cables and all the wasted space, but I do love me some EK AIO coolers

Once again, why... you literally are making it look ghetto as fuck for no reason

9/10
This thing could be a 10/10 with some sleeved wires and cable combs.
But for what you got, it's sexy

9.99/10
I'm just being anal but on the 24 pin I can see a back cable trying to peek trough

10/10
Clean, looks good together and set up properly

get ready for take off/10
so you got an AIO meme card but a fucking spaceship air cooler?

9/10
I love that res and will be using it in my next build.
You have loop issues somewhere tho, maybe not enough coolant? that return line should not be ampty and I see a ton of bubbles in the rad, you are literally setting yourself up for endless bubbles in your system.

rainboiw/10
greed lights, brown fans, black fans, white fans, all the colors.
And all this on a 2011 socket. WTF

9.9999/10
Its perfect.... outside those sables at the bottom of the mobo not being sleeved

Wot/10
You have a GPU bracket to eliminate sag and it still sags... your cables look like shit and your cooler is facing the wrong way...

This is getting old so I will only quote notable systems from here on forth...

I like it... but that top card has got to be a little air starved, don't you think?

No real cases catch my eyes plus free workstation case that supports what i need.

glorious plain green PCB motherboard master race

>tfw shit finances atm and cant buy and flip old workstation machines for shits and giggles
i just want to play around with fancy xeon boxes ;_;

>proprietary PSU
fucking why?

i dunno about senpai, id suck a dick for a rig that baller

Good shit. Specs? Clean tubing runs too. Overclocked setup? Or just liquid cooling stock stuff for sake of noise/aesthestics?

Same.
>and all the wasted space
A lot of it will be taken up by hard drives in the future.

suh Sup Forums

>get rid of the meme fans on the side panel...
those meme fans dropped my top cards vrms from 90c down to 75c and core from 90c thermal throttling down to 73c locked at 1310mhz. bottom card runs in the 60's on both core and vrms now as well.

side panel fans might be considered "memes" but they work wonders.

how about washing your hands and cleaning the top of your cooler?

yeah it is. welcome to team blue goyim. also sell the 760 and side grade to a 1060

Did you really spend like... $200 on those fans?

not op but i've spent about $400 in the last three years on fans.

idk why but its a fun hobby of mine. like trying new fans.

I think it came to $212 actually.

also want to add i live in the sonoran desert so i have a thermal environment that works against me.

i'm this op are those the new magnet corsair fans? i've had a few enermax magnet ones in the past and really enjoyed them so interested in corsairs. how do you like them? does the motor emit any noise?

...

>Spent CPU cooler is worth more than you and only on an i5

I spent $200.68 after taxes and shipping on my noctua fans in my build () 3 120mm iPPC fans as exhaust, and 2 140mm iPPC fans as intake (they are mounted on the front on the other side of the radiator) I like the iPPC fans because they dont look like poo in loo.

the only downside is that they sound like a jet when they are running at 100%, and because I only have a molex to 5 pwm fan adapter they always run at 100%, doesnt bother me none because I can just turn my music up.

Yes they are, and I really like them, I was using Corsair AF series quiet edition fans as intakes, the stock rear case fan and stock H115i fans. The mag lev fans running at the same rpm are much quieter and dropped all my temps slightly. At about 1200rpm they are pretty much silent, I also tried running them at 1500rpm and just get some airflow noise.

yeah it's wierd, deepcool double ball bearing are like $10 and are fine

"Fine" isn't good enough

that's not a HP, only thing HP is the case

Pic related.

I really like them so far, granted the only reason all of this shit is in this case to begin with is because I couldnt sleep for about a day and a half and decided to take this case apart, was reading online that the case """""doesnt""""" support water cooling... well, it does, people are just too lazy to do a little /diy/ and unscrew 8 screws and drill 4 more holes.

Had to remove the hard drive cage and screw the radiator from my corsair h100i gtx using the small screws that came with the cooler, and then mounted the 140mm fans on the other side of the radiator, after that I marked the holes from the cage, used a center punch and a 1/8th drill bit to drill the holes, took maybe 15 total minutes of figuring out where I want it mounted and then drilling
