Apple waged a long and bitter campaign to stop Microsoft copying the best parts of MacOS 8 but Microsoft won some fights.
That's why the shortcuts are all the same letters as on Classic MacOS. That's not an ISO standard, it's right out of Apple's User Interface Guidelines, which Microsoft copied, badly.

I did have to change the keyboard because my dog jumped on it and one button flew off which was difficult to fix. I just replaced it because it was easier.
Osx is great for people who don't know how to use computers like my mom. They do make basic things harder than they need to be.
Their support is top notch, I really gotta give props to apple for backing up their simple stuff.

The speaker grills have indentations and holes. Both corners that face you when the laptop is open are cracked. (One is already gone). Middle button above trackpad has broken. The CD Drive can now fall out whenever because the thing that latches it in is made of plastic and broke. The hard drive bay has lost its screw, luckily it still clips in. (This ones on me).

I've used OSX, Windows, and Linux. The one that freezes/randomly reboots the most is Windows 10. OSX is close behind, and Linux crashes the least as long as you run a stable distro. YMMV as OSX and Windows fanboys will foam at the mouth saying "OSX has literally never frozen on me and I've been using it daily ever since Cheetah" or "Windows 10 is literally perfect, I've never had a BSOD before so it must be your hardware". It's like, yeah whatever.
