It's fucking garbage. Windows 10 update fucked my machine, so I booted into Automatic Repair Mode to get to Safe Mode, but it doesn't recognize the keyboard or mouse so I can't fucking fix the problem.

You are a stupid casual user and don't know anything about computers install Windows 10 or Ubuntu.
If you run a server you should look at FreeBSD; Cent OS, Debian or maybe Windows Server.
If you want to program I prefer a Linux-based OS.
