Are you using the 32-bit or the 64-bit version of Firefox?
I'm using 32-bit ESR and it's painfully slow and glitchy when handling multiple tabs, wondering if the 64-bit version would alleviate that, but I'm afraid of losing potential support for various plugins.

I'm considering switching to firefox because there is no uBlock for Chrome (or maybe I'm just illiterate)
Blocking just ads isn't enough, I need to block scripts and web sockets. Thoughts?

neither. I only use reliable browsers.
Of course there's uBlock.
