I've bought 3 xiaomis and never seen this, but I always flash them to stock rom when I get them.
A doogee x5 MAX I bought -did- have this preinstalled. flashing stock rom removed it, so it's not a part of the stock rom
A plain doogee x5 didn't have it.
The problem is the vendor roms on chink phones where they preinstall this shit to get money beyond the hardware sale.
