How is TehC compared to PTP? I understand it's not on the same level and likely never will be, but I'm going to have to wait 4 months to get to the requirement to get into PTP from bB and I need an alternative. I'm currently in Teh already but I can't decide if I should bother building ratio.
Is the gap between TehC and PTP as big as the gap between, say, MTV/FTV and BTN for TV shows? Mostly interested in mainstream stuff, nothing too out there.

If you're using public WiFi you should never log in to anything unless you're certain it's done over an encrypted protocol (i.e. https for websites) because you could get your shit stolen. For trackers specifically you should check what rules they have regarding IPs you are allowed to torrent from and access the website from. I think access to the website itself is not often harshly restricted, but actual torrenting could very well be.

The other one I was thinking about was AB but after having a quick look at the rules I couldn't find anything specific, so maybe I remembered wrong and they don't care.
