I'm more happy that this is a good step forward. The aspect ratio of the whole thing will iron out after a few iterations. It's cool to see bezelless phones seep out into the market.
Over time, the size, durability, and usability of a phone like this will improve.
All this just shows next years smartphones will have similar screen/bezel ratio.

I think I'd really dig a phone without bezels, but with capacitive buttons. I refuse to use anything but amoled, and capacitive buttons prevent burn-in from nav buttons or bars. The Mi Mix looks pretty fucking great.

Take that phone, move on-screen nav buttons down to capacitive buttons. Some phones already leave the option to have screen buttons or not.
The only drawback I see is the front camera. I kinda like the pop-up idea. So long as it doesn't slide up when it's in your pocket or something.

The aspect ratio needs to be more oblique, there isn't enough pixel density, it needs a volume dial and 6.5mm headphone jack, and it needs a higher res camera.
