Why aren't you using Vivaldi yet? Version 1.5 fixed literally everything. It now even has tab dragging to create new windows, one of the few missing features that other mainstream browsers had and Vivaldi didn't yet.
So why are you still using certified Google botnet, or a browser that doesn't cater to you like Firefox? Just try Vivaldi already, you fat cunt, it's actually pretty good now.
It's literally chromium with bloat on it. Fuck that shit.
Brandon Nguyen
But OP, I already do.
Josiah Wright
Except it's much more customizable on all ends, while still being as fast as Chromium, and actually catering to power users and not normie retards. And it's open-source. It's Sup Forums's dream browser.
Easton Robinson
This.
Still noticeably slower than Chrome or Opera on my i7 2600 so why bother?
It's probably the worst chromium based piece of shit out there.
Landon Hall
Last time I checked it wasn't open source.
Tyler Myers
>Still noticeably slower than Chrome or Opera on my i7 2600 so why bother? How long ago have you tried it? Because if it was anytime before 1.2 landed, your perception of it couldn't be any more wrong.
vivaldi.com/source/?lang=en They don't open-source the latest versions as soon as they launch, but they do release the code after a bit. 1.5 landed yesterday, source should be up soon.
Noah Lopez
Alright user. I'll take your word for it and try it out.
Carter Turner
I use Opera, it's faster for me
Jordan Cox
vivaldi is for cia niggers
Isaiah Hernandez
Im literally using this on an intel celeron n3060 right nowand its fine...
Brayden Miller
I used to have some trouble with it too, but I enjoyed some of the stuff and features it had by default that were really nice, so I stuck out with it. I can tell you that from my own personal perspective, the performance has been improved a lot with each version. I can't notice a difference between Vivaldi and the side Chromium install I keep on the off chance I need another browser for whatever reason.
It actually grew quite a bit, and is shaping up as a nice browser. Hope it works better for you this time, maybe you'll like it too.
Jeremiah Cooper
Yeah it's fine, but other browsers are more fine.
>how long ago About a week ago
Jacob Gonzalez
That sucks user, maybe one day you too will be able to use a good browser
Joshua Foster
It's already my main "serious" browser while firefox is the chan/porn one. Discovering the native support to sessions was like christmas morning and f2 is GOAT
Noah Myers
First, it isn't anymore. Second, a better interface is much more important than 0.02 faster page loading. This is literally some "autist jerking at graphs about speed comparisons"-tier problem.
Brody Ramirez
Web pages are already slow as fuck because of too much hipster JS. Now you told us to use a browser that has a UI fully made in JS? Are you sick?
Leo Collins
because it can't render fonts properly on my machine.
Kevin Johnson
>wanting an inferior browsing experience Hahaha
But I am. Opera does everything I want and need
Brayden Roberts
> not using brave master race porr quality b8
Landon Edwards
I am. I was using opera, because I used opera 12 and loved it, but Vivaldi is more like opera 12, so i switched.
Isaac Turner
Is there an addon like Open With for Vivaldi?
Eli Johnson
You're faster when the interface better accomodate your "workflow" than when pages load a fraction of a second faster. I'm sorry you're so retarded you don't realize it.
Isaiah Butler
didn't vivaldi fork off of opera?
Ian Collins
Under-rated post.
Xavier Torres
Can I sync my profile with other devices yet?
I tried outright copying the profile folder to my other computer, but it turns out it's encrypted or something like that, and it won't copy all of my settings. It also won't copy my extensions.
Andrew Morris
No Sync
Lucas Robinson
Does it have tree style tabs? I'll switch from Firefox the day that it does.
Bentley Reed
I'm not going to use it on the principle that the Vivaldi devs are more focused on useless IoT shit than making a competing browser. What the fuck are their priorities?
Zachary Brooks
>based on chromium >doesn't show search suggestions while typing on the address bar
Leo Phillips
You can have the tabs display on the right of left side of the browser, and you can group up the tabs to be under the same tab. It's not Tree-Style Tabs, but it's extremely similar.
Isaiah Evans
>a bloated Chromium skin >not even open source why would anyone want to download that crap?
