ignore these shills, it's super useful, it blocks based on heuristics, which means it can catch things that no list ever can
it also doesn't break nearly as much by allowing short lived temporary cookies for basic site functionality
it's basically an addon version of IE9's "my list" automatic TPL with somewhat more intelligent filtering, curiously enough
