Thats actually a pretty easy way to break down large numbers into its contituents for fraction.
560 = 8 (full 8/8)
280 = 4 (4/8)
140 = 2 (2/8)
70 = 1(1/8)
Jenny = 70 * 3
Ann = 70 * (8-3)
Its best to understand the basics first and then you can do large numbers easy in the head.
