How do I make aimp work like other music players that don't insta close the track they played just now? I have to click the play button to see the soundwave and coverart again, after the song finished playing.

I remember seeing a post about a laptop that has the same specs as the new macbook but is much cheaper. It was black and was made by a company I never heard of, they also let you customize the specs, but it was a thicker laptop.

My tv is 4K so if I were to connect it to my receiver I would need to buy a receiver caplable of 4K/60hz 4:4:4 and that goes like double my Budget

Use Nightly if all your extensions work. Use Palmemoon if you need big theme changes. Palemoon is basically an old and slow version of Firefox.

How can I transport HDDs ? I need to move 2 HDDs but I only have one anti-magnetic bag from my new HDD, what can I use to wrap up the second HDD so it wouldn't die ?

Windows 10 will be in a different partition from Linux Mint
linux has a different filesystem. it wont be a folder in your C:\ drive if you think anything like that.
also from linux you can access your windows NTFS filesystem.

Thunar recognizes my external drive when I run it as my user, but not when I run thunar as root. It also recognizes a floppy that isnt there. Why does it? I'm on slackware.

Windows install usually format the whole drive unless you tell it not to. I'm guessing the other drive you saw was just the system reserved partition.

What's the difference between the reboot at the end of a Linux installation and the normal reboot?

I have a Surface 2 Pro with a bad internal drive and installed Mint 18 on a 128gb micro SD. When it rebooted at the end of the installation it booted from the micro SD and everything worked fine. But when I turned it off and back on a week later it's back to acting like it has no OS (goes straight to the "Trusted Platform Enable/Disable, Secure Boot Enable/Disable" menu and nothing else.

Can I run the end-of-installation reboot from Terminal via bootable USB or do I have to sit through installation again and just never turn it off?
