KDE + Arch

I'm missing a lot of options from system settings in KDE and when I try to run advanced settings power management from whatever the Alt + Space search bar iit says

>Power Management configuration module could not be loaded. The Power Management Service appears not to be running. This can be solved by starting or scheduling it inside "Startup and Shutdown"

HOWEVER THE BIG FUCKING PROBLEM is that I can't find any startup and shutdown area in the system settings menu. What do? Pls help, it's weird that I'm missing a lot of configuration options in plasma KDE for seemingly no raisin.

installing some kde applications does not install all of kde, just those parts of it those specific packages need. there should be a kde desktop or meta package you'll want to install

The desktop has been renamed to plasma. On arch the package name is plasma-meta or plasma-desktop for the full and light version.
Arch also has a wiki where you could learn these things.

The complete KDE package in Arch is called plasma-meta. You should install that instead.
