Wtf?! I hate USB 2.0 now!

...

I transferred 120 gigs of data between a few old USB 2.0 flash drives yesterday.

Shit sucked.

When I need to transfer a few gigs between computers I upload to mega from one and then download from the other. It's faster than USB 2.0

...

Just upgrade them to USB 4.3

>using the built-in Mac file transfer tool

Enjoy having it transfer thousands of files over a period of several hours only to have it not be able to copy one little file because "permission denied" and totally terminate the entire transfer of the rest of the thousands of files, instead of just giving you a warning dialog asking you to continue, or telling you about it afterwards

>"The most advanced operating system in the world"
Fucking cucks

that's actually genius

>usb 2
>not using firewire

I do most my work over LAN. So it's limited to about 1Gb. But it's good enough.

It's actually not.

Do you have FTTH or something?

>Not using USB 3.1 Gen1 5Gbps/3.1 Gen 2 10Gbps

TOP KEK

As if this wasn't bad enough

>trusting mega with your data

>Using a shitty, deprecated, stream based data transfer protocol
It's almost like we're in 2009.

holy fuck wat

>OS X Mavericks
Are we in 2013?

It doesn't matter to them

No we're in 2016 and that shit is still the default behavior.

Yep, when it's a shit load of small files it's going to go slow.
