i don't understand why people use extensions
the default configuration of chrome is literally ideal

You're a retard.

>no HTTPS Everywhere
shiggy diggy

>not using adblock or HTTPS everywhere

might as well just kill yourself

this isn't everything, just what's visible on the url bar

...

...

y'all need to say what some of these actually are

umatrix, foxyproxy, ublock0, self-destructing cookies, greasemonkey, refcontrol, session manager

...

What can I use on Firefox to speed up my browsing on a netbook with 1GB RAM?

ublock+umatrix, cut the content down to a minimum
also perhaps tweak some settings like changing maxtotalviewers to 0

I will just list them

>tampermonkey
>adblock plus

I am using Edge
yes, I would not have believed me either

Nice try NSA. You tried internet speed, boot time, etc. I wonder what's next.

delete this, pal

use chrome + tab suspend instead

...

vimperator
ublock is on the left and umatrix on the right with img/browsericons removed

You'd be better off using K-Meleon with only 1GB of RAM.

Literally none. Firefox just works why would I infect it with bloatware?

...

cVim, Empty New Tab Page (Custom black background), HTTPS Everywhere, Plugin Privacy, uBlock Origin, uMatrix, Stylish, Tampermonkey, and uBlock Origin Extra.

I'm using Chromium with a few patches from Ungoogled, Inox, Debian and Iridium.

RAM usage is okayish, although it's kinda sad that my system with Pidgin, IRC clients and qBitTorrent is like 325MB RAM but Chromium pushes that to 1GB after opening a few tabs.

>Browsing the web without an adblock
Would this even be feasible in the year of 2016?

Adblock and stop html5 autoplay. I dont understand how can people browse without them, autoplay should be disabled by default on all browsers. Its fucking annoying when a video or sounds start playing when you dont expect.

>using adblock instead of hosts file

adblock lists to hosts file
kmeleon

missing strict https that won't load on the tool bar
