I specialized in energy security and credentialing. Luckily there's a lot of ways to branch out but losing your job always hurts.

Man I work as a DBA and there are more and more Pajeets coming to the company every day. I'm basically a minority now when I walk up to the cafeteria. Even my job gets outsourced to Pajeets. I honestly don't think any IT field is safe. I've noticed Pajeets in even higher skilled fields like data science or analytics. They're going there now too.
Of course, when I hear my boss talk about their resumes, they all sound made up or just unprofessional (tons of grammar mistakes). Also, there's a ton of nepotism between Pajeets. One Pajeet manager for data analytics only has one white guy, the other 6 employees are fellow Pajeets. All new hires too.

I don't get their logic though. They lose more money in the long run because of how much the Pajeets suck. And in turn, they have to hire consultants at 3x or 4x the average rate to fix Pajeet's fuck ups, not to mention paying for all the infrastructure that Pajeet needs. Not all Indians are pajeets. I have several Indian friends who are genuinely brilliant and are good people. The major issue India is full of diploma factories that give these pajeets the documents needed for the job without any of the training.

You're right. Those people are properly trained, even within their own country. But the company doesn't look for talent. It looks for substandard people. They are the internet equivalent of Day Laborers. Our universities are full of lots of Indian people who are geniuses who work hard. Some of my best professors were Indian. It's just that the ones pulled in to replace you aren't specialists, but idiots you have to train, and who do not learn. I would still feel shitty, but at least sort of okay if I was replaced with a competent person. It's just upsetting to be replaced with retards.
