Guys I asked a few days ago to recommend me a good android browser (using now lightning), but since Opera got mentioned a few times I have to ask you something:
Why do you recommend this browser? Opera is today an ad selling (not only collecting which Google does for example), which is also owned by a chinese corporate today. Explain why you told me to use this shit Sup Forums.

I don't know how good it is, maybe it's really the best. But this " botnet meme" or however you call it is not intended to be funny. I'm seriously asking why people here recommend me this browser even though it's the worst when it comes to tracking you, not to mention that the chinese ownership doesn't make that aspect better.

Actually, certain browsers make certain decisions that affect performance differently on different setups (ex some leverage intel iGPU's well), I suggest doing some reading on wikipedia about programming and processors for you

Most browsers are 80% the same. If you have somewhat decent hardware you will notice almost no difference in speed. The biggest thing will be the UI. Just go with what you like or find one that can be customized to your liking
