XPS 13 2-in-1

My work just bought me the top end one of these.
m7 (no intel I won't call it i7), qhd+, 16gb of ram.

You fags with your giant thinkpads jelly?

mmmm nice....will you install linux ?

Indeed as an x220 owner, I am jelly

Enjoy it op

Isn't this the one with 1.3 ghz, 0.3 boost? For 1,500?

not op
does linux support high-resolution screens well? like scaling-wise

how is it?
i've got the regular 'ol kaby lake XPS 13 fhd and its really nice

>getting dell ever

lol have fun i give you a month till something breaks

what are you on about, dell is probably one of the best companies for laptops.

yep i used it on 4k tv to play dota xD (with proprietary nvidia drivers because integrated graphics cant push that hard (50+ fps))

>xD

Not with that overheating tablet processor, no.

It won't overheat because it doesn't have enough performance to overheat.

>2-in-1
dropped

t. never had a dell

I wish you could still configure all the parts though.

This is the ruined version of XPS 13.

The existence of this "2 in 1" piece of shit ruins everything good about the XPS line up.

Do not buy.

Yes, the new XPS 13 Convertible may very well be the best computer of 2017.

Mactoddlers and chinkpad shills, fuck off.

>that camera placement

WTF just went to look at Dell website and I cant find the developer edition xps 13 anymore. why did they get rid of it REEEEEEEEEEEEE

Not really. I am really enjoying my $379 Surface Pro 3.

What's up with the 2-in-1 hate? I legit use my SP2 as either a computer or a tablet depending on what I'm doing. It's nice not to have to manage two separate devices to do this.

>2-in-1
REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

>xD

Are mobile i7's quadcores with hyperthreading, just quadcores, or dualcore with hyperthreading? I can never keep up with mobile shit because they have so many different versions of shit.

>You fags with your giant thinkpads jelly?
IT'S NOT EVEN YOURS TO BEGIN WITH. FUCK YOU YOU SHITPOSTER.

mobile i7's that aren't noted with HQ (or HK) in the model are usually the actual quad-core ones, most of them are dualcores with hyperthreading otherwise.
